Not sure about all the negative reviews, you come to Italy,sardinia and the old hotels are stunning. There was alot going on but that's what this hotel is all about, very chic and artistic. The staff was very accommodating and yes you have to walk up stairs or take a lift that was probably retrofitted back in the 30's because these buildings didn't have modern fittings and that's most of the hotels in Europe. We will be staying again and the price for this location was crazy cheap, didn't get to experience breakfast as we left early but certainly will explore next time we go. Thank you for great experience

Un hotel fuori dal comune.
Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per lavoro e devo dire che appena entrato sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla cortesia e competenza dello staff.
La struttura ha come punto forte la cura dei particolari e un arredamento eccentrico, ma allo stesso tempo gradevole e confortevole.
La mia camera era pulita e completa di tanti accessori e servizi che danno davvero il senso di Ospitalità.
Stra consigliato se si soggiorna a Cagliari.

Boutique hotel next to the port. Funky interior with lots of art on display. The room was smallish but still good - the staff was amazing and always available.

This hotel was beautiful and we had an oceanview from the window. The room was spacious and is designed by a local artist. All the rooms have a different design by different artists. The breakfast was very good also in a nice atmosphere. The service is the best I had ever. Pietro the manager of the hotel is just the best. He parked the car for us at the parkingplace close to the hotel. Told us about the local bars best places to eat. (Nothing is too much to ask) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had two showers newly renovated. What a stay! I recommend this to everyone. Thank you Pietro and hotel staff.

Super séjour, à notre arrivée nous avons été surclassé à notre grande surprise dans une suite très confortable. Le personnel était au petit soin et disponible. L’hôtel est très beau et idéalement situé. Je recommande !
