We took two rooms, one for our kids and one for us. We spent 4 nights. The location is excellent, within walking distance from everything. The service is lovely, the rooms are very clean, and the shower is fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean, with very nice design, friendly stuff, 100% sound proof, haven’t experienced this in any other hotel, still and sparkling water bottles refilled every day, coffee machine in the room is definitely bonus, comfortable bed, crispy sheets, enough pillows.
Location is convenient, quiet safe area, close to metro/tram station, center of Prague is walking distance.

Very rude receptionist called David, today I was pick up the luggage from the luggage room and was helping us female receptionist and came David and take our number from her and keep it in his Bucket and helped other customers for no reason he Decide to not give us the luggage and I asked him Several time about the luggage and He refused to talk to me and told me that you give her the number of your bags so she must help you and I went to ask the female receptionist and she talking to him and he started yelling at her and Refused to help me for second time and I wait about The minute that she finish what she’s doing to give me the luggage and all time he looking to us that we are Rubbish , Never Again in that place

Het hotel ligt PERFECT centraal om alle belangrijke locaties te gaan ontdekken. Eveneens de faciliteiten zijn erg goed, lekker ontbijt met alles wat je zou verwachten alsook verbleven we in de penthouse met buitenbad, zicht op Praag bij avond is gewoonweg fantastisch, gezien je zo over alle daken heen kijkt met uitzicht op de burcht/kasteel en andere bekende torens.
