I had a lovely stay. The massage and spa were good, the room was clean and warm, and the shower was a little weak but it didn't bother me. I loved the location as well.

bien situé. accueil au top et très bon petit déjeuner. cependant, chambre bruyante en raison de la chaufferie et sans fenêtre. c’est assez austère
on ne voit pas la lumière du jour et capsule de café disponible déjà utilisée et remise sur le présentoir sûrement par un client mais ça reste que la chambre n’a pas été vérifiée. la salle de bain était top

We regret that the room did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the noise and the lack of natural light. To avoid such situations in the future, we have recently introduced a housekeeping supervisor to ensure all rooms are properly checked.

Très beau séjour à Prague, cet hôtel est vraiment merveilleux. La literie est parfaite, la propreté impeccable, le personnel disponible et souriant, le petit déjeuner est TOP. Le quartier est très sympa et calme, nous avions une chambre côté et aucun bruit la nuit.

Petit déjeuner bon, hôtel original digne d’un labyrinthe.
cependant taxe de séjour conséquents (50kc par personne et par nuit donc plus de 8 euros de taxes pour deux personnes deux nuit) ce qui est inacceptable surtout pour une chambre sans fenêtre.
la chambre cosy. salle de bain plaisante mais pas de lumière car pas de fenêtre juste des halos pour laisser passer la lumière naturelle (peu présente en hiver). il nous a été impossible de voir le temps qu’il faisait dehors.
et climatisation /chauffage bruyant donc j’ai mal dormi.
nous avons hélas pu constater qu’une capsule de café mise à disposition avait déjà été utilisée et remise dans le présentoir avant notre arrivée …
il y a la chaîne france 24 pour les informations.
l’hôtel est bien située. il est dans une pente sécurisée par des petits graviers. il s’agissait d’un ancien couvent.
nous n’avons pas eu d’information quant au spa de l’hôtel.
