Hotel hat eine super Lage, das Personal ist sehr nett und die Verpflegung mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings sind die Zimmer schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und, explizit die Türen. Man erreicht von hier alles zu Fuß, und wenn nicht kann man für günstiges Geld auch Tram oder Metro fahren. Ich empfehle das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.

Uns wurde unterstellt die City Tax nicht bezahlt zu haben, außerdem waren die Arbeiter an der Rezeption "überarbeitet".

You can't ask for much more in our case. There were six of us, and we got a room that comfortably accommodated all of us. The breakfast was okay, but we would have appreciated a bit more variety. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. They were also cleaned regularly throughout our stay.

Das Hotel ist spitzenmäßig und in jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Wir hatten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern ein Familiezimmer Nr. 411. Das beinhaltete 2 Schlafzimmer mit Verbindungstür, ein großes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Fotos im Internet sind real. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Einen Punkt Abzug beim Service gibt es für die unverschämten 30 € Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage. Für eine Nacht kann man das machen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes suchen.

Pinelli family owns & manages four hotels in centre of Prague. Each of them is somehow outstanding. This one, a few hundred meters from Charles bridge, is run within a functionalist historical building. Totally rebuilt during last 20 years, permanently increasing quality & services. On the ground floor works a good restaurant with local & Italian food offer. Great breakfast buffet. Reservation absolutely mandatory since hotel is fully booked for several weeks in advance. Update. Finally this third hotel of the Pinelli group reopen fully. Perfectly managed as always. In case u have an ev,u can use the recharge stations in the underground garage. Update. Mostly international customers replaced the mainly Italian guests. Update. Breakfast improved with wider offer of warm food. Update. Improved lounge with new furniture. Update. New more comfortable mattresses in all rooms.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstücksbufet. Zimmer klein, besonders die Badezimmer. Frühstücksraum meist sehr voll und eng. Lage zur Innenstadt genial. Für PKW Garage mit Parkaervice. Beschränkte Plätze in der Garage, daher am besten gleich mitbuchen.

Hotel frumos păcat de căldură din camere care lipsește cu desăvârșire și de faptul că nu se iau măsuri atunci când unii oaspeți sunt zgomotoși și nu-i lasă pe alții să se odihnească.

Curat, mic dejun bogat și variat. Aproape ce centru, în jur multe baruri și cafenele, zona foarte pitoresca în centrul vechi al Pragăi. Raport calitate-pret excelent!

Esta bien ubicado, un poco apartado de la parte turística pero a 2 minutos de ella.
El servicio es normal, te dan una llave para la habitación y no una tarjeta y por eso solo una persona puede abrir la habitación, es común encontrar estudiantes en grupos grandes y un poco de gente.
Las habitaciones están bien, yo fui con 3 personas en la habitación, y había sitio para 4 e incluía cocina.

Tolles Hotel für Familien. Alles fußläufog erreichbar, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber.

Bezva na přespání s možností vařit si sám. Akorát je tam málo nádobí a lednice pouze svítila a nechladila. A chyběly pomůcky na mytí nádobí.
