Des chambres confortables et bien équipées et un accueil aux petits soins. Un paddle à disposition

Ένας χώρος απόλυτης γαλήνης και ηρεμίας !! Εξαιρετικά δωμάτια, όλα φτιαγμένα με μεράκι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα ! Καθαριότητα, άνεση και λειτουργικότητα σε απόλυτο βαθμό ! Η συμβολή του Δημήτρη ήταν πολυ σημαντική σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε … Ευχαριστούμε πολυ για τη φιλοξενία , θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα !!

Dieser Ort ist ein Traum! Es war wunderschön, entspannend, ruhig, wir kommen wieder!

Location is 7 star..just on the best beach of Allonissos Island Glifa Beach..
Rooms are super modern nicely decorated.
Dimitri provided good internet connection

Our stay started with a rather strange complain of the owner Dimitri about the way we parked our car in front of his building, he somehow thought that it doesn’t fit to his nice place.
After booking three nights in the Botanic suites we wanted to extend our stay in the Beach suites and wanted to stay an additional night. He showed us the room at the beach place and we wanted to move there immediately. With reference to his GTC, an additional 3 nights stay claiming and without any emphasis for customer service Dimitri just refused this. For suites in this price range a reference to GTC in the middle of nowhere in Greece regarding a such simple customer request is alienating and such a customer service is quite bad.
If it were about the additional cleaning costs, we would have been happy to pay it.
Dimitri is obviously very fussy in first place (which doesn’t work out in high price range), obviously having no understanding for first class customer service.
