Best hotel in Rhodes.

No need to elaborate - Just an amazing Hotel

Zum 10Jährigen möchte ich dort nochmal hin!

We have stayed here many times and really enjoy it. Ideally you would have a car but you can catch the bus.

Wir waren schon zum 2 mal, diesmal im Juni mit Kleinkind 2 Jahre da. Sehr kinderfreundlichens Personal. Perfekte Lage, Busstation vorm Haus. Das Essen ist perfekt auch für Laktose und Glutenintolerante Personen. Zimmer schön und sehr sauber. Sehr sauberes Meer. Badeschuhe zu empfehlen. Strand und Meer Steine. ????????????????????????????

Très bel hôtel ressens d'une architecture admirable , le plus luxueux sur l'île à côté des autres qui paraissent bien tristes .
Le seul problème c'est que nous avions une chambre d'angle en vis à vis , balcon . En dehors de cela tout était parfait .
Tout est réfléchi sans fausse note , concept d'un architecte de talent . Un bémol : en dehors des hôtels ça manque de propreté !

Wir waren im Oktober 2023 für 1 Woche hier. Leider niemals 5 Sterne…

Positiv: Das sehr zuvorkommende Hotel Personal (im Restaurant) und auch die Sauberkeit der Anlage. Auch die vielfältigen Speisen waren gut und der Essbereich war schön.

Negativ: Das Hotel ist leider etwas abgelegen. Mit dem Bus kann man aber viele Orte erreichen + Wir wurden am ersten Tag in ein EG Zimmer gebracht ohne Meerblick obwohl wir eins mit gebucht hatten, wir hatten das Gefühl dass man versucht hat uns (junges Paar) abzuspeisen. Haben wir echt nicht verstanden scheinbar waren doch genug Zimmer frei. Auf Anfrage wurden wir am nächsten Tag in ein Zimmer mit Meerblick einquartiert hier aber war die Dusche kaputt und auch der Rest der Einrichtung war wackelig/kaputt. Es dauerte Tage bis das Problem mit der Dusche “geregelt” war, der Abfluss war dennoch verstopft und es war sehr unangenehm zu duschen. Weil unser Urlaub fast vorbei war und wir nicht noch mal das Zimmer wechseln wollten, sind wir einfach drin geblieben. Via Hotel App haben wir eigentlich jeden Tag rumgechattet aufgrund von Problemen… Also sowas darf einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht passieren! Beim Checkout hat man uns auch nicht gefragt wie wir unseren Aufenthalt fanden, man wollte uns irgendwie aus dem Weg gehen.
Daher gibt es auch einen Sternabzug für das Personal der Rezeption welches leider nicht alle Gäste gleich behandelt.

Wow beautiful place with excellent service. Want to go back.

Very well-kept, comfortable resort directly on a beautyful beach( blue flag), big, clean waterpool. Great hotel service. Tasty and varied breakfasts.

schönes Hotel. Top Service. Essen fanden wir jetzt nicht so toll, aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmacksache. Rhodos gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Faliraki ist wohl eher was für Ballerman Liebhaber. Klimaanlage war etwss zu laut.

This was an exquisite culinary experience.
I came with my father and my pregnant sister, and we shared the 6-course dinner menu. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our specific needs and my sister received all the courses with modifications to suit her pregnant state.
Our welcome drink was made from local traditional ingredients and was very appetizing.
As our tasting experience began, each course was only a bite-sized but was simply delicious. In between courses, we received some local bread and butter and other surprises...

The experience was memorable and we highly recommend it.

If more than 5 stars would have been possible, we would have definitely rated much more! We love this place, that's why it's our 3rd stay here and for sure not the last one.
We love to travel, we have experienced a lot of wonderful hotels around the world, but what you will experience at Elysium, it's not only a perfect customer experience, it's a real warm human encounter.

- Regarding the situation of the hotel, it's really well located, you can take the bus directly in front of the hotel to be in Rhodes City and the old town in a maximum 30 min. It's also a great starting point to visit the island.
- The hotel is great, big, always clean, beautiful plants and garden absolutely well maintained with an attention to details.
- There is a wonderful private beach where you always have a place and never feel packed. (Side note: It's however sad to see that some clients still put their towels on the beach chairs the day before to keep their places even if there are so many places for everyone)
- It's also so nice that there is also easy access for people with reduced mobility
- You can download an app to make your stay smooth, see the different activities, book sport sessions, order your drinks and see the program of the evening
- Every evening, you have music entertainment of different kinds, which is appreciated. A special greeting to our dear amazing musician Lefteris :)
- Because holidays can for us only be perfect when you have great food, it's what always impresses us at Elysium. The food choice and quality is amazing. Everyday you can try something new at the buffet and it's possible on top to choose a main course. We love the food here so much that we must be the people who stay the longest at the diner, it worth it so much to try everything so we need endurance :). Also we highly recommend to taste the exclusive food at the rooftop Noble restaurant, you won't regret it!

But what makes this hotel so special for us, it's the whole amazing team who is working there!
From the start until the end of the season, always working with a smile, with professionalism and attention to details and with an incredible kindness.
So we want to give a big shout out to the Elysium team, thanks a lot to all of you for your professionalism and kindness. We cannot name everyone but we want to say some special words: to Tsampikos, we thank you for patience while we tried the whole buffet during hours and for your jokes, Christos for your smile (all the best for your next step), Vasilis for the nice discussion in German, Nikitas for your constant smile and laugh, Anastasia for being such a warm hearted person, Elefteria for your warmth, Katholiki for your smile and your dessert recommendations, Ioanna for being such a shining person, Kostas, Charalambos, Manolis, you are all so "klasse", Elias for the nice cocktails, advice, photo shooting ;) and talks, we always enjoyed seeing you and the Crystal bar team after our long diner, Georgia, Michalis and the beach bar team and of course to all the others we do not have the name.

When we need a relaxing time and to recharge our batteries, we are sure to find it here. We will come back for sure! For us, it perfectly fits the Louis Amstrong song "What a wonderful world" we hear in the room (please always keep this song on the TV).
We feel here like at home, we learnt from Aristotelis about the nice Greek word "Philoxenia", which means much more than hospitality and a warm welcome, and it's what you will definitely experience at Elysium.

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Hotel. Sehr guter Service. Essen abwechslungsreich mit alternativer Menüwahl statt Büfett. Gesamte Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zentral gelegen.

Es war wie immer sehr schön in diesem Hotel. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Das komplette Personal sehr aufmerksam immer hilfsbereit. Die komplette Rezeption auch Nadja und die nette Dame aus Österreich vielen Dank. Natürlich auch im Noble Aristoteles und alle nicht namentlich genannt. Michaelis beim Frühstück wie auch dort alle anderen. Wir hoffen sehr das es Elton unserem Beachboy bald wieder gut geht. Nochmals vielen Dank an ALLE

Ende Oktober 2023: Mega Wetter und tolles Hotel mit allerbesten Speisen ????

The quality and creativity of the menu were a bit disappointing. Of course it was tasty but the dishes were a bit simple and flavors and textures were missing. Some of the staff were unable to answer questions about the menu and also did not come back after asking the kitchen. For the money you pay (+150€ pp) you expect a bit more.

Absolute taste explosions excellently presented non-stop. And all this with a magnificent view!

Completely new interpretations and combinations of familiar flavors. And all this with local products.

In addition, really suitable wine selection and very friendly and courteous service.

Amazing fine-dining restaurant. The experience is excellent from the welcoming greeting to the live piano music to the unique dishes to the great storytelling staff. Everybody was very polite and helpful explaining all the details for the 6 or 9 course meals. Not to mention the breathtaking view and the cute booklet-souvenir! Super!!!

Our stay in the Elysium Resort & Spa was a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming, very clean premises and amazing wines, food (buffet and main courses a la carte) and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. We were impressed by Manoles, Restaurant Manager, which is an incredible skilled person, which has an amazing experience and specific approach for each restaurant guest, making their stay amazing! We will definitively will return next season in this hotel.

Beautiful place, nice view, very good service!

It is a pity that I cannot award more stars! We experienced an incredible journey in the culinary history of the island of Rhodes. Everything was simply perfect! Delicious food with a steady level of taste delight from one dish to the next. Perfectly knowledgeable and attentive staff. I will put it simply: every day that goes by without a Michelin star is an ongoing injustice!

My boyfriend and I work both in a certified Michelin Restaurant and honestly, this was one of the beste experiences we ever had! The knowledge of the staff is out of this world. The chefs find their inspiration in the old Rhodes cuisine which they turn into something amazing. With almost every dish they incorporate a table preparation while they give you all the information about the dish and fresh products. The wines were incredible as well. My boyfriend never had a main course just as good as the Wagyu in his entire life! We highly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant deserves at least a Michelin star... Definitely the best gourmet restaurant in Rhodes

Bad and stressed service. Food is better at local restaurant. Desert fresh fruit was partialy rotten.

Ich würdige bei meiner Bewertung dass das Menu äußerst durchdacht ist : es soll eine kulinarische Reise durch die Dörfer Rhodos sein , eine moderne Interpretation. Sogar das Geschirr ist auf die Speisen abgestimmt und rundet das Ganze auf ! Ehrlicherweise muss ich gestehen daß mir persönlich , zu viele verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen waren ... und bei manchen frage ich mich was die in dem rhodischen Menu zu suchen haben (z. B. Kombucha) ? Das Gericht mit Wagyu Rind fand ich leider komplett misslungen . So ein zartes und erlesenes Fleisch zu marinieren find ich unpassend.Das Personal ist zuvorkommend . Die Aussicht ist sehr schön . Leider ist das Menu nur zweisprachig ( griechisch und englisch ) was uns persönlich Sprach Schwierigkeiten bereitet hat . Alles in allem würdige ich die Kreativität und die reingesteckte Arbeit !De gustibus et coloribus non est disputandum !

Great place for dinner. Fantastic experience and first class service

Excellent gourmet restaurant with impressive views over the Faliraki Bay.
Had the 8 course set menu and all courses were impeccable in taste, composition and presence. Highlight is 'Alia' with wagyu beef and hortopita.

Fine dining experience with friendly knowledgeable staff helping us choose an extremely tasty local red wine. We had a set menu, every dish was exquisite. We were thoroughly satisfied and will go back while we’re still staying at Elysium hotel to be spoiled again. The view was also very good.
