Rooms clean and restaurant food was amazing
Het eten was verschrikkelijk, vooral het ontbijt. De bediening was het ergste, er kwam geen glimlach of vriendelijk woordje van af. Echt geen aanrader!
So schlimm wie es manche hier beschrieben haben, fand ich es nicht. Es war nicht alles tipptopp und sicherlich gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber dass ich einen riesen Bogen herum machen würde, so empfand ich es nicht.
Das Zimmer war recht modern gestaltet, mit indirekter Beleuchtung und Spiegel. Allerdings muss man anmerken, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war. Überall waren Flecken (Blut?Essen?) sowohl auf dem Lacken, als auch auf der Decke und Tagesdecke. Selbst auf dem Überzug über der Matratze. Die Decke war nicht einmal bezogen, es gab nur ein dünnes Laken zum zudecken, dann die Decke drüber und eine ebenfalls schmutzige Tagesdecke. Für eine Nacht ging es, wir kamen auch relativ spät an, daher haben wir nichts mehr gesagt. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich mich beschwert.
Die Dusche ging nicht richtig zu verschließen, man musste aufpassen, das Bad nicht unter Wasser zu setzen.
Ansonsten sah es optisch hübsch gemacht aus, selbst mit Balkon, für die Raucher ideal. Man schaut direkt ins Grüne, ist in der Natur und hat Ruhe, und für Langschläfer gibt es eine Art Rolladen, welche man außen vor die Balkontür schiebt, welcher das Licht abhält. Bei uns ging die Klimaanlage nicht (würde nicht ausschließen dass wir diese evtl auch nicht richtig einstellen konnten), aber es war aushaltbar, da es zu unserer Zeit (Anfang April) über Nacht noch etwas auskühlt.
Das Essen hat geschmeckt, wurde aber leider nicht sehr häufig aufgefüllt. Am Anreisetag kamen wir gegen 20:00 zum Abendessen, da haben wir nur noch die Rester bekommen. Sehr schade !
Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und fleißig, allerdings war beim Essen noch eine Schülerklasse (?) mit dabei, diese haben sich bei einem enormen Geräuschpegel verständigt, da wurde nichts gesagt.
WLAN hat gut funktioniert, Pool war geschlossen, Bar und TV haben wir nicht benutzt.
Ero venuta in questo hotel per una notte per un viaggio d’istruzione, per poi trasformarsi in una notte da incubo.
Appena arrivata in stanza mi sono ritrovata una cimice da letto, anche se questo è il minimo; infatti non appena avevo alzato le lenzuola mi sono ritrovata la muffa sul materasso.
Avevo chiesto se si potesse cambiare il materasso, la loro risposta è stata che se non volessi dormire qui dovevo cambiare stanza… questo fa ben notare che l’igiene è una cosa del tutto inesistente (mi sono fatta cambiare la stanza, anche se non era proprio il massimo anche quella).
Non solo allego la foto, ma aggiungo anche che le camere erano freddissime e il riscaldamento non andava.
Bed cover was ripped and had dirty black marks - I asked for it to be changed and my new one still had stains. I made a makeshift bed out of chairs as I was genuinely scared I’d get lice/scabies.
Food was not it. Chicken was almost raw and the staff were incredibly rude when we asked for extra cheese on our pasta. It sounded as if they could not afford it; this can also be seen in the fact our dessert was oranges picked from the local trees.
Will never return and definitely do not recommend.
For some unknown reason the hotel owner seems to take for granted that keeping a tractor, a run down jukebox and two prehistoric fuel power stations in the main hall would draw clients in. Maybe on the assumption that they will forget about the overall stablishment's condition later.
The rooms are quite bleak, tastelessly crammed with the cheapest available furniture, deftly placed in such a way that It either prevents you from opening a drawer (bed needs to be dragged) or from reaching the light switches (you have to remove the bedstead headboard)
Brace yourself for worse things to come and dare into the restaurant. If (e.g) you try to sprinkle salt on your food and nothing comes out, unscrew the top off the salt container to discover a thick crust of solidified material (salt?) dotted with oxide spots.
If you are a forgetful person, a moron or an animal and consequently you don't know how to set an alarm clock, don't worry, the bloke at the frontdesk would give an ( unasked for) buzz at 6.30 a m and knock on your door five minutes later. We must be thankful he does not slam the door open , pull the sheets and open the window, I assume.
Fully awake, get to the restaurant to drink a cup of a tarred beverage served by two woman- like ogres and beat it like a bat out of hell.

En revanche eau quasi froide pour la douche

Si tratta di un ampio albergo internazionale: con staff alla reception multilingue e spesso presente (non ricordo francamente se gli addetti parlino italiano). Al piano terra una lounge riccamente munita di poltrone e tavolini, oltre ad una ampia sala destinata alle colazioni ed al pranzo. Ai piani superiori le varie camere.
Le camere sono ben tenute ed il grado di pulizia non lascia generalmente a desiderare: anche le coperte sono squisitamente pulite.
La mobilia varia caso per caso, dagli arredi più spartani propri delle soluzioni low-cost sino a quelli signorili delle camere di maggior pregio.
Molte camere sono dotate di ameni terrazzini.
I bagni sono spaziosi e confortevoli, oltre che prima facie puliti.
La piscina non è accessibile per la più gran parte dell'anno (durante la mia visita il meteo era soleggiato ma non particolarmente caldo); la lounge e gli altri servizi fitness risultavano del pari inaccessibili.
Fuori dell'hotel insiste un ampio parcheggio.
Il rione tutto intorno sembra sicuro e tranquillo. La notte non si percepiscono rumori di disturbo.
Lascio due stelle al servizio perché i piatti erano a mio giudizio scadenti, non risultando molto diversi da quelli di una mensa pubblica.
