Nice boutique hotel right in the middle of Zagreb's old town. Everyone was super helpful and our room on the top floor had a lot of character.

It rained while we were there and the sound of rain on the ceiling window was just amazing.

Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of variety -- eggs, bread, cheeses, ham, etc. I had to drag myself out of the restaurant to stop eating.

Parking was a bit of a pain with the parking lot a couple of blocks away and not really being able to drop bags before parking. A minor inconvenience amongst all the other good things.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Very friendly staff, as all the Croats we interacted with. Parking is free, about 7 min walk from the property. Staff indicated us how to get there prior to our stay. Good breakfast as well

Hôtel charmant! Très bien situé pour découvrir Zagreb! Accueil souriant et chaleureux ! La Chambre est joliement décorée, le petit déjeuner inclus est varié et très bon!

Proveli samo jednu noc, izvanredan smjestaj, uredna soba, cijena ok!Osoblje, tj.djelatnica na prijemu, nevjerovatno ljubazna, prelijepa, sve pohvale, vidimo se opet!

Hotel hat eine super Lage und nettes Personal, der Rest ist leider nicht so gut. Die Zimmer sind klein und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Auch das Angebot beim Frühstück war sehr mager.

A beautiful boutique hotel with old vibes situated at the bustling center of old Zagreb city. Unfortunately for us it was only a night stay. The family room is spacious with 2 extra single beds and decent amenities. It was just after Christmas and they still had their own Christmas market and stalls which added its own charm. Glad we had stayed here on our last night in Zagreb as it was ideal for a quick last minute shopping. There is dedicated parking for the hotel which is probably 200m away so bear in mind that you might need to drag your things from there since there's no parking in front of the hotel. There's also no elevator so you might need to carry your bags over a flight of stairs. Would definitely recommend staying here to cherish the old city vibe.

Prije par godina sam odjseo s obitelji, veoma malom bebom 4 mjeseca starom. Osoblje vrhunsko, lokacija da ne pričam, u samom centru Zagreba i veliki plus je bio i parking koji je udaljen nekih 400m od Hotela.

Ova recenzija odnosi se na Cafe u prizemlju hotela. Naime, česti smo gosti vašeg Cafea i cilj recenzije je isključivo da se usluga popravi tj. vrati na razinu prijašnje.

Na Božić 2023 bili smo u Cafeu i za naručenu kavu s mlijekom dobili šalicu s otiskom ruža. Konobarica se ispričala i to bi sve bilo u redu da baš u trenutku kada smo izlazili iz Cafea nismo čuli kako jedna djevojka također govori konobarici kako žličica i šalica nisu oprane. Nadam se da nepranje posuđa nije praksa.
Dodatno, možda bi hotel dobre reputacije ipak trebao servirati med uz čaj. Barem je ranije to bilo tako.

Hotel with a great location in the pedestrian part of the city centre. Secure parking 300m from the hotel. TV & heating system a little outdated, we need some help to turn on the TV and heating. Quite big rooms.

Have not stayed but stopped by their terrace and cafe many times. The Jagerhorn has a wonderful location, very close to the central square but down a passage which at Advent particularly has a magical feeling. Service is great and I really enjoy their hot chocolate. Its a cosy place to meet people.
