Prijeten ambient, lep in urejen SPA ter okusen zajtrk. Za večerjo so v sklopi hotela na voljo različne restavracije, cene sicer niso nizke, je pa zelo okusno. Priporočam.

Bardzo dobry hotel w niedalekiej odległości od centrum.Pokoje czyste,wygodne łóżka oraz bdb śniadania.Na duży plus zasługuje również pizzeria która jest otwarta do późnych godzin.Bardzo chciałbym podziękować Pani z recepcji(30.03.2024 wieczorem)która jest professionalą i pomocną osobą.

Very convenient if you work near by, but really far from anything else.

The rooms are nice for the pricing and the SPA is very decent.

it's a good hotel, i had that i pay. have spa and wellness, but not premium category... is this place is far from the citycentre and far from the normal shops. the rooms are not big because small. the tv is in bad position, and you don't have any place for your shoes, so you need to clear these.

Izbor hrane na doručku loš, osoblje restorana nametljivo, kupi tanjure ispred nosa, narezanog voća jedno jutro ima, drugo nema, prekidaju te dok jedeš s pitanjem koji ti je broj sobe...u par navrata nam se prijetilo kaznom od 20e ako odnesemo hranu u sobu koja nije kupljena u hotelu...u sobi u wc u dok se tuširaš napraviš bazen jer je odvod loš...cijelu noć čuješ glaaasan zvuk šahta preko kojeg prelaze auti ispred hotela..
S pozitivne strane spa zona je odlična, i usluga tamo vrhunska, jedino tamo sam se osječala kao gost. Staff sa recepcije pristojan i profesionalan.
Hotel definitivno ne zaslužuje 4*

I've had better service in Hostels. Front desk was completely useless, My room temperature was at 29 degrees Celsius (a literal oven), refused to give me another room stating they had none available yet I could book a room for that night online. Had to leave the hotel at MIDNIGHT to find another hotel to stay in, and then book an Air BnB for rest of my trip. Front desk wouldn't even give me a written note stating they could not get me a room. Stay away from this place!

Very nice place outside of the city, convenient for airport. Rooms clean and quiet, bed very comfortable. Steakhouse and pizzeria nearby, good chioce of food.

Très beau 4 étoiles / de belles chambres et très bon rapport qualité prix ! Et les restaurants de l’hôtel sont excellent

Hotel iz vanka na slikama izgleda okej, a sve ostalo katastrofa.

Posteljinu,papire,peškire smo imali za 1 dan a bili smo 3,zamolili smo na recepciji da nam ociste sobu,ali nas je doceka isti nered,narucili smo dostavu hrane NISU NAM DALI UNJETI HRANU U SOBU pa smo ipak unjeli i dobili KAZNU od 20 eura za to?!?!?
U liftovima ne rade tipke.
Hotel zaudara i nije onakav kakav se predstavlja.
Cure na recepciji su neke od njih bile okej ,a neke su bile neljubazne.

Parking preskup za navedenu lokaciju,dorucak preskup 18 eura a ne vrijedi 7

Excellent hotel. Very cozy, spacious and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is an easy reach just 15mins with public transport from the Zagreb's city center.

Stayed one week in October.Single lady traveler.
Very unwelcoming stuff at the reception.Lock wasn't working on the door.Had to leave the luggage in front of the door and go to reception to sort it out. Bad start.
Dirty big spots on the floor.No basic amenities in the room like sewing kit, toiletries in the bathroom or pen and paper as should be expected from 4 star hotel.
After breakfast was stopped and asked in front of other hotel guests to be told that mine breakfast wasn't included and they need my signature.After insisting that was there was, no apology from front desk lady Naomi even was her fault not bothering to check up properly in her system. Terrible arrogant attitude.
Tv not working in the gym, also some exercising machines.Nobody bothers to check or repair.
Tried restaurant in the hotel/Cortes club. It was totally empty ,courteous waiter.Food tasty.When I had asked for the bill was asked cash or card.I settled on card.After realising cash was left in the room told a waiter would prefer card. The new waiter appeared and hearing that the preferred method of payment was changed became angry and aggressive.
Definitely not a four star hotel.
Tried to get in touch/ email with reception manager who never bothered to respond to my request to meet up help to improve service in his hotel.
My impression is badly managed hotel with a stuff with an attitude. One gets impression their main attention is on Korean and sports groups.

Vrlo dobar hotel , zadovoljni uslugom i smještajem..

Hotel je vrlo čist! Jedini problem je zvučna izolacija koja nije idealna. Spremili su nam sobu već posle prve večeri, promenili peškire i dodali još šampona. U spa delu ima jakuzzi i saune, a možete i doplatiti za masažu. Tamo se dobijaju papuče, bademantil, peškiri! Doručak je švedski sto i ima od voća i pahuljica do kobasica i jaja. Cena parkiranja u garaži je 7€ dnevno.

La habitación en sí está bien el baño necessita mantenimiento en el tema de desagüe la nevera necesitaría una limpieza profunda , en general restauración y bar perfecto , con zona de fumadores zona para ver deportes y coctelería .
La pizzería es muy recomendable y los precios en general están muy bien , es una zona apartada del centro a 10 minutos andando dispone de un centro comercial grande donde disponen de restaurantes
Recomiendo el hotel si se desean días de relax

Hotel ok, odvod tuš kabine loš, doručak kupe pred nosom u 09:30 da netko u 09:31 ne bi nešto još uzeo(jako loše) a i izbor za doručak loš već u 09:10.

It is a good choice for those who need to have a short stay closer to the airport. The hotel has a nice Spa, with sauna, jakuzzi and additionally paid massage, i took it and it waa really good!The breakfast and in dining food is not really tasty, although there is a steak restaurant right next to the hotel and it is very good!The rooms are big and a bit out dated but still proper to stay. I would like to mention that the staff at the hotel from receptionists, to spa workers and waiters are really professional and helpful! I would recommend staying at this hotel in case you are already familiar with Zagreb's city, as the location is pretty far from the center of Zagreb.
