Ofrece varias habitaciones y 4 pisos de diferentes tamaños, todos ellos modulares y con comodidades de 3 estrellas. Todas ellas están equipadas con televisión, aire acondicionado..., con una terraza o un balcón que ofrece una hermosa vista del mar o del jardín. Con su barbacoa para uso de todos los residentes, posibilidad de asar al aire libre. Acogida amable, estancia de calidad.

Cheap and cheerful, Aircon worked well. The room is a bit tired, fridge is pretty noisy.

If you are looking for a quiet and very clean accommodation for yourself or family in Cavtat, Villa Kipre is the place. The villa is next to nature, and walkable to old city/center. The bed is so comfortable, and the beddings so soft. Anna, the, hostess, is so kind, hospitable, and helpful. It's only a few kilometers away from Dubrovnik Airport. They will arrange an airport transfer for you if you need one. I wished I had stayed here for a couple of days.

The points are set on the expectation on this place and not from a point of view of going to a five star hotel.

For the price that you pay this is a good place!

The rooms are simple but good, the owners are truly kind and wellwilling!

Cavtat is a perfect little village with everything you can ask for. Super romantic.

Rooms with a ocean view and big balconies to enjoy the, hopefully not windy, evenings.
