Staff are port were lovely when buying tickets to Dubrovnik and once we got back. Boyfriend didn’t do well with the choppy ride on the way back due to the weather and they were so lovely about it. Staff were very funny and lovely to chat to at the port. Staff on the boat helped older people on and off the boat. Cheapest option we could find to travel to Dubrovnik from Cavtat at €20 return ticket each and boat didn’t take too long ! Would highly recommend.

The first part of the trip was really terrifying. Every body felt sick. Ship reacted really badly to bigger waves. We did not get enough time on the islands. 30 mins, 30 mins, 1,5 hours and you can not reach anything nice within this Time limit. Grilled chicken ok, cheap beverages, we could not taste wine as we did not feel well due to the first one hour. As I see now , prices are lower on their website than what was charged to us as ,,discount,, prices.

We have booked trip Cavtat- Dubrovnik at the end of October but due to bad weather it been cancelled BUT no notice, no info , no contact...After a while of waiting in the marina I managed to reach them on the phone just to be told to email them requesting refund ( re-booking was impossible due to us leaving day after) so I did but no reply or refund.

A FUIR ARNAQUE !!! Je mets une étoile car on ne peut pas mettre zéro... Ce sont des personnes très malsaines qui gèrent cette entreprises. Dans des conditions de voyages particulièrement difficiles pour nous, nous avions demandé un transport pour un trajet à 150 euros. Une fois effectué le chauffeur de bateau nous demande 1500 euros ! Il nous menace de nous empêcher de rentrer en France ou de garder nos bagages. De mèche avec notre agent sur place... nous nous sommes vite sentis coincés et arnaqués... Ca a été très compliqué et très stressant, ça a bien gâché la fin de notre séjour... Nous étions 4 personnes lors de cette arnaque. Ne faites surtout pas appel aux services de ces bateaux !!!

Super Service am Anleger in Cavtat. Aber der Kapitän schmiss seine Zigarettenkippe ins Meer. Wenn man vom Meer lebt, sollte man mehr Respekt vor ihm haben!

Irregular timings not to schedule. Had a return ticket from Mlini to Dubrovnik. Waited an hour for first boat to arrive in Mlini, and ended up getting the bus back from Dubrovnik as return ferry never showed up. Would not travel with this company again.

This tour was very long and painful. Nothing interesting in any of the Islands to do. The guides on the boat were extremely rude and did not communicate properly or give clear instructions. When we asked questions the exhibited irritation and annoyance. The return journey was riddled with confusing instructions and statements like, 'don't be scared'. Seriously?

Journée décevante. Je ne recommande pas. La prestation ne vaut pas les 50€. Le programme annoncé n'a pas été respecté. A peine 30 minutes passées sur les deux premières îles et deux petites heures à Lopud.
Le repas du midi est servi en deux temps, le poisson puis le poulet. D’ailleur Le poisson est à éviter (maquereaux trop cuit est sec)

Wir sind von Plat nach Dubrovnik und hatten gute Erfahrung gemacht: Preis/Leistung 15€ für hin und zurück war ok, weil Bootfahren macht mehr Spaß als Busfahren. Die Fahrtzeit lag bei mindestens 30 Minuten, hatten zwei Zwischenstopps nach Dubrovnik. Zurück noch ein kleiner halt auf der Insel Lokrum und ich glaube da hätte man evtl auch kurz aussteigen können…wenn man fragt…wir waren zufrieden. Die Uhrzeiten die angegeben waren wurden entsprechend eingehalten
Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung um Dubrovnik zu erkunden

We waited two hours for the boat in Dubrovnik because it didn't arrive at 14.15, after that boat skip the Plat…. Wr were late and angry, that's not how you treat people.

Navette Cavtat Dubrovnik 15€ . Franchement très utile pour gagner du temps par rapport au bus ou Taxis. Avec une arrivée directement aux portes de la vieille ville. Compagnie efficace , je les emprunter 2 fois pour Dubrovnik

3 islands tour from Cavtat: After picking up/dropping off people between Cavtat and Dubrovnik the tour heads to 3 islands. On the first one you get 30 min which is not enough to do anything apart from get a drink and go to the toilet. On the second one you get 40 min which was also only just long enough to go for a short walk and get a coffee. On the third island you get 2.5 hours.

The first two stops were just a bummer due to the little time you get there. It just almost seems pointless to stop there at all. They should either leave earlier or return later to allow more time on the first 2. The last stop was a very busy island and the nicest beach is a 30 min walk (each way) although we did see signs for taxi’s. The boat tour should really include some sort of shuttle service on the island to make things easier.

Lunch wasn’t great. There was SO much pepper on everything. The fish had a lot of bones as well. Everything is served cold by the way, keep that in mind.

And also just a warning: they will very clearly say what time the boat departs at. If you are a minute late they will be gone. They say this clearly ever time yet 2 women showed up just as we left and were all like “we had no idea”.

There is very little information on what you could do on any of the islands. Maybe provide some brochures on board? They announced something at the last island but it was too difficult to hear what they said.

Woman who took our booking was ever so friendly and helpful.

Young man on the boat directing us on board was an horrible. He shouted for us to hurry up while we took our disabled girl on the pram down the steps. not worth getting angry at this pathetic deck hand. He is not worth the dirt on my feet.

Our return boat was over 30 mins late and there was no number to phone to enquire what the holdup was.

They sold more tickets than the space they actually had in the boat. People had to eat literally on the floor and under the sun. The boat crew were very rude. The food was disgusting, people on my table didn’t eat anything. I actually didn’t know them, it was my mums birthday but I couldn’t have lunch with her because there was no space on the boat, so my family and I had to eat all separately. The captain told me I couldn’t go inside the boat with wet hair, it was ridiculous.

15 euros la traversée Cavtat Dubrovnik. Utile pour gagner du temps par rapport au bus avec arrivée directement aux portes de la vieille ville. Compagnie sympathique. 20 euros aller retour pour info

Took a day trip from Cavtat to the Isle of Lokrum, reasonably priced, left and picked up on time. Helpful crew.

Podróż Cavtat do Dubrownika i spowrotem. Wszystko OK, polecam. Ps. W drodze powrotnej spytaj czy płynie do Cavtat, bo mogą być dwa statki równolegle o 17:45. Ps. Jest cena specjalna na dzieci 14 lat. PS2. Śmieszne: gdy zbieraliśmy się do powrotu, nakręciliśmy się z żoną opiniami z Google Maps, że może być przepełniony statek. I jeszcze burza szła akurat wtedy, ciemne chmury a nawet że 2 pioruny były nad górą widoczną z powodu portu. Strach w oczach, a można wrócić autobusem. Okazało się, że wróciliśmy bezpośrednio do Cavtatu większym statkiem, burza nie dała rady przekroczyć gór.

Great trip from Cavtat (Albatros) to Dubrovnik, boat’s dog on the way out was great entertainment, managed to get a space on the 8.30pm return from Dubrovnik without too much problem. The woman at the Albatross ticket stand was very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons fait un À/R Cavtat /Dubrovnik pour 15€ avec Adriana. Tout s est super bien passé et nous avons été bien conseillés par la dame qui tient le stand à l albatros à Cavtat. En plus, elle parle français et est très gentille.

Not impressed with this company. Taxi boar to Dubrovnik was fine. On the return journey the lazy driver couldn’t be bothered to go to our stop so he bypassed it and went to the last stop on the journey! He told me that I had to wait there for 30 minutes as it wasn’t worth him going to Cavtat port stop twice. Basically he wanted a sneaky break! It was boiling hot and I had my 2 and 4 year old daughters with me! He arranged for us to be dropped off with Karuzo (another operator) buy only after I had a go at him. I wish I’d just completed the whole trip with Karuzo instead
