Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and this was far too long for me.

Pros:
The room looks nice and was clean upon arrival. It is modern and had enough space for me.
You are near the mall so you ca do some shopping and have a bite to eat.

Cons:
The bed was so uncomfortable. All I slept on was a mattress pad.
There is NO sound proofing. I could hear absolutely everything from every single wall and from above. Everytime someone walked, flushed the toilet, had a shower, I could hear it.
Anytime the room above flushed the toilet, the smell of sewer spread into the room. I had a hard time just brushing my teeth because the smell was so bad.
The elevator system is horrible. It would stop at random floors before coming to mine. While trying to leave, it took nearly 10 minutes to just get off my floor.
The breakfast buffet was not good. The scrambled eggs are not eggs. And if they are, they were disgusting.

Overall, I would not go back to this hotel.

Fiquei bem insatisfeita por chegar no quarto do hotel e não ter ar condicionado resfriando, e estava calor no quarto. A atendente na recepção avisou que o ar condicionado somente resfria em período de verão. Ao escolher este hotel via rede Accor, não há informando que o ar somente resfria no verão, com isso há uma omissão quanto a esta informação, iludindo o cliente, que poderia escolher um outro hotel. Deveriam ter transparência quanto a essa informação. A atendente foi gentil e ofereceu um ventilador para ajudar, eu aceitei visto que não posso passar calor, devido questão de saúde...já que tenho uma menopausa precoce. Mas, o ventilador ainda ataca minha rinite e não ajuda muito bem com o calor sofrido no quarto do hotel. Por isso, não posso dar uma nota alta de satisfação.

Hotel agradable y que cumple con la relación calidad precio de la mayoría de los Ibis. No está cerca del centro ni de zonas de interés, pero está bien comunicado con transporte público

The staff was great. The rooms are clean but small for 3 people. Unfortunately, there was no German TV channel. It is far from Merz city, but compared to its reasonable price, the location of the hotel is acceptable. The variety of the breakfast buffet was relatively good.

Excelente atención, bonita ubicación, el desayuno es delicioso, el personal es amable y cortés y las instalaciones son cómodas. La decoración es cool.

El Ibis Meridiana es un hotel que tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La habitación tiene lo justo, son sencillas pero limpias, la cama es cómoda, el baño pequeño pero muy bien diseñado. No hay ruidos del exterior, puedes descansar bien. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal y el desayuno: es variado tipo continental, con un café exquisito, frutas, quesos, frutos secos, panes (incluso gluten free si lo pides!). Nosotros somos argentinos y después de varios días de pedir el agua para el mate, Eugenia (que trabaja ahí en el desayuno), me ha traído una tetera eléctrica para llevarme a la habitación. La ubicación es algo alejada del centro, pero tienes la estación del metro a pocos pasos del hotel.

El Hotel se encuentra en una buena ubicación a pesar de estar lejos del centro pero bien comunicado. Los servicios son mínimos para ser un 4 estrellas. Desayuno buffet caro y en las habitaciones faltaría un armario y una nevera pequeña. Buen trato de Los empleados.

Bon accueil, personnel aimable et bilingue. Chambre propre et literie confortable.
Seul bémol, pour le prix de 140€ la nuit, nous aurions aimé avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre afin de pouvoir se préparer un café ou un thé. Pas de micro-onde à disposition à l'accueil non plus. C'est dommage.

This hotel experience caused me to self-reflect deeply in myself. I didn’t like the hotel or the customer service but I see that many people enjoy the hotel. The service and breakfast. I did not. Many times it is mentioned that the staff is friendly. I did not observe this. For example when I checked out this morning I said thank you but no one acknowledged me and there were two employees behind the counter. I’m not saying that these positive comments are not true. On the contrary, I now believe it’s possible that these comments are true and that the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good and the hotel is a good choice. I believe the problem is me. First, I think I have a face, behavior and/or attitude that people observe as me being rude or arrogant. I want to change this perception of myself but I don’t know how. It affects my everyday life. I would love if the staff saw me and said “hi, good morning how was your stay” or something like that. I want to say it too but I’m too shy. I believe I’m being perceived as a rude, angry or arrogant person because I can’t think of any other reason the staff would not talk to me or ignore me multiple times during this stay. So it’s not the hotel, it’s me and for this I imagine that the service and breakfast are very good. For me, as a result of my perceived appearance, attitude or behavior those experiences observed by most people were not observed with me. I will do my best to change but it’s not easy. I feel this is my personality and as a result influences how others see me and interact with or in most cases don’t see me at all.

Excelente, mto bom padrão Ibis trazendo uma boa relação custo x benefício. Embora não localizado em região central pode ser facilmente acessado pela L1 (Fabra e Puig) ou trens R (Sant Andreu Arenal) conectando rapidamente com atrações da cidade ou aeroporto. Bom café da manhã, com variedade e qualidade. Quarto espaçoso e silencioso (ponto importantíssimo) trazendo uma boa qualidade de sono. Bom comércio local, com supermercado e restaurantes nas cercanias. Recomendo.
