Un albergue juvenil con habitaciones ultramodernas e impecables con baño a un precio competitivo.

Stone Town House es un aceptable albergue juvenil en el centro de Stone Town. Sólo ocho habitaciones, dobles o triples, un dormitorio femenino, un dormitorio mixto, pero camas individuales de madera lisa con doseles de mosquitera, nada de literas. Las habitaciones son un poco estrechas y dan a un patio. Así que prefiero los pisos superiores, más cerca de los tejados. Son sobrias y encantadoras, están impecablemente limpias y equipadas con aire acondicionado y suelos atractivos. El precio es muy competitivo. Sin embargo, lamentamos la falta de desayuno.

Quedamos encantados con nuestra estancia en Stone Town House, muy buena ubicación , Simón el gerente que hablaba perfecto español nos ayudó en todo lo que le consultábamos, obtener tarjetas para los teléfonos, sitios para visitar y todo tipo de consejos para facilitarnos nuestro viaje

A hostel that gets all the important stuff right - clean, comfortable beds, plugs by the bed (with EU plugs!), good AC, shower with good pressure etc. Very tasty breakfast at the Stone Town Café as well, with the best coffee I’ve had in Tanzania.

But what really makes the place stand out is Simone - the human embodiment of “going above and beyond”. I was in Dar es Salaam for business and decided to hop over to Zanzibar for a weekend, without any real plans. Simone not only gave fantastic recommendations for how to spend the weekend, he even organised a scooter for me to rent and the Zanzibar driving permit. And all with a smile and great humour!

If I could give more stars, I would. The place is typically stylish and it is in a great central position. The rooms are clean and big, well organized and the beds are very comfortable. The personnel is great, in particular the manager Simon gave me great suggestions every time and helped a lot. Frankly grateful for this experience

Great location in the centre of town. The owner is a pleasant and helpful guy. He met us when we checked in and gave us a map of the city and some great tips about where to eat and what to see. Room was nice and had good A/C.
