The Hotel Staff were prompt, social, and courteous at all times. Well ran Hotel establishment with clean rooms.

Me and my friend spent 6 nights in Mazzola and we couldn't have been to a better place than here, it felt like home :)
Innocent, Steve and Evelyn are great people, helpful, kind and treated us the best way possible.
The house is amazing and clean and perfect location to relax.
We can only say thanks for making us feel like at home! We also loved their dog Castro!!

One of my best hotel experiences ever. (And I do travel a lot) The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the food was more than solid and the location was great for Safari and Arusha Airport.
10/10 can only recommend.

Nur zu empfehlen! Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht, bevor wir auf Safari gefahren sind. Es ist eine wirklich traumhafte Anlage und das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns wirklich herzlich willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lieu exceptionnel à Arusha ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et meublées avec goût
Le personnel est au petit soin et cherche toujours une solution pour rendre notre séjour absolument parfait (mention spéciale à la réceptionniste)
Nous avons passé 3 nuits magnifiques (avant et après l’ascension du mont Meru) et nous recommandons cet hôtel à Arusha comme point de départ pour visiter le nord de la Tanzanie, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Perfect place to stay before and after your Safari. I've loved everything of this villa.
Staff is very nice, helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool and garden are wonderful. Food delicious. Hope to come back soon.

El Mazzola fue para nosotras como estar en casa. Desde nuestra llegada, Inno y Steve nos dieron todas las facilidades para que la estancia fuera perfecta. Son educados, amables y profesionales, y les gusta conversar con sus huéspedes sobre el país y las posibilidades de conocerlo.
El desayuno es espectacular; todo está muy limpio y cuidado; las camas son súper cómodas; hay siempre cerveza fría en la nevera para tomar; el jardín y porche exterior son una delicia; y Castro, su perro, siempre te hace compañía.
El alojamiento está a un pequeño paseo del centro de la ciudad y, si lo necesitas, te ayudan a pedir comida a domicilio para disfrutarla en la casa.
Sin duda, 100% recomendable ????

Had a very relaxed and friendly stay here. Room was nice and clean and the team helped us with any and all issues we had. We particularly enjoyed the free eggs in the kitchen for cooking. That was a nice touch and saved our breakfast before we departed on our safari :-).

The staff was amazing. Incredibly polite and going out of their way to help us getting around. We loved how they had extra toothbrushes, razors, bathing supplies and travel sized toothpastes ready for us, in case you’d forgotten anything. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious, we had a view of mount Arumeru and a nice balcony.
We Enjoyed some drinks at the nice bar / pool area and had a tasty complete breakfast at our desired time in the morning. Lovely stay, thanks again for the perfect service!

We stayed here 1 night before starting our Safari in Serengeti. Great place, amazing service and very big comfortable rooms with all the amenities you can imagine. Super recommended!

Excelente estadía! Realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa, el spot es genial con zonas comunes al exterior e interior, la cocina full equipada, baño y habitación limpia, buen internet, y siempre brindándonos información e incluso ayudándonos a irnos por la opción de tour mas adhoc a nuestro ppto (que no fue contratando con ellos). Gracias totales por la buena energía y alegria!

sehr schönes Hotel und außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Haben hier insgesamt 3 Nächte verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Das Personal hatte sogar mehrere Überraschungen für uns da wir honeymoon hatten :) Danke dafür!!

Very friendly staf in a beautyful house just outside the centre. Lovely garden. A very good breakfast. And all this for a very cheap rate. They could easily charge double.
