La struttura è semplice e in zona tranquilla con una bella vista e vicino a fermate del bus, piccolo market e alla spiaggia. Si può definire più un ostello per certe sistemazioni che offre quindi bisogna essere rispettosi delle parti comuni come la cucina. Il personale è disponibile ad ogni richiesta, wi-fi veloce e climatizzatore molto efficace.
Un po' faticosa la salita per arrivarci a piedi, ma fa parte della scelta che si fa.

Villa di famiglia gestita da Paolo italiano e Nicole locale che vivono qui con 3 figli. Tutto curato posizione ottima colazione completa e noi anche con la camera più bella! Consigliatissimi!!

We stayed at an E & E self catering apartment for two amazing weeks. The apartment, where we stayed, is located on the second floor.  This is a nice, comfortable, spacious one bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is really well equipped. In the bathroom there are two large bath towels and one hand towel(they were changed several times). The hosts also provide two beach towels. Also the apartment has a pretty big balcony with two entrances, from the living room and from the bedroom. The advantage of this apartment is the view. It overlooks the Beau Vallon beach and the garden. So, you can hear the sound of surf, hear birds chirping, and see flying foxes flying to the nearest trees.  In the evening you can see geckos hunting insects. It takes 1-2 minutes to get to the Beau Vallon beach. There is free wi-fi with good speed at the apartment. Going to/from the apartment you always pass by Mike's shop, everything you need is there. It's very convenient.

I especially want to note the hospitality of Eddie and Erica, they are so friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a welcome fruit basket was waiting for us. We'd like to express special thanks to Eddie for the wonderful dinner he prepared for us.
If we return to the Seychelles again, we'll definitely stay with you!

Wonderful location just minutes walk from beach , restaurants, shops and bars. Kept immaculately. Maria and her team incredibly personable and helpful . Great facilities and airport transfers also available and tours can additionally be arranged. Highly recommended.

La chambre est plutôt grande, mais le lit est affreusement dur (pourtant je ne fais que 55kg). La douche est tiède (sauf les 5 premières secondes) alors que nous avons bien allumé le chauffe eau. La cuisine est partagée avec l'autre appartement. Le lendemain, nous apprenons finalement que le balcon vue montagne sur lequel nous n'avions pas le droit d'aller n'est pas utilisé, parce que les soit disant autres locataires ne sont pas là du séjour.

Côté service, la dame qui nous a reçus est très peu aimable. Elle râle quand on veut cuisiner (alors que c'est la raison de notre location), nous demande de ne pas couper les fruits à pain, le manioc et la coco dans la cuisine, elle se met limite à pleurer quand on commence à découper des ingrédients sur la planche à découper, pensant qu'on va casser le plan de travail... Nous n'avons pas non plus le droit de vider des poissons dans l'appartement, il faut demander à le faire au marché.

Pour ce qui est de la tranquillité, on repassera : les voisins mettent de tous côtés la musique à plein volume, toujours les mêmes playlists.

La localisation : on est à Beau Vallon, mais loin du centre donc compliqué pour les commerces et la plage ou les centres de plongée.

Seul point positif : la vue du "balcon vue mer" qui est très belle et le prix qui est plutôt correct.

Einfach nur entäuschend. Lärm in jeder Nacht von den Nachbarshunden. Sie bellen die ganze Nacht und die Hähne kreischen laut. Nachbarn hört man als wären sie im gleichen Raum. Küche ist uralt und dreckig und klebrig! Und das Hotel ist auch nicht direkt am Beau Vallon. Zum Beau Vallon muss man zuerst bist ans Meer gehen etwa 5 minuten und dann dieser gefährlichen Strassen entlang gehen nochmals etwa 5 Minuten. Die Aussicht ist super aber das ist schon alles. Der Preis ist eine Frechheit und stornieren kann man auch nicht, wenn man sich so übel verarschen lässt. Ich nin früher abgereist weil ich so entäuscht war. Ich stellte mir das Zimmer paradisisch vor aber es war eine absolute Entäuschung...

Wir wärden die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen! Das Inserat entspricht absolut nicht der Wahrheit. Man hat ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, der Rest (Küche, Wohnraum, Balkon) wird mit anderen Touristen geteilt. Ebenfalls ist der angegebene Wäscheservice nicht vorhanden. Zwischen den Lampen im Zimmer hatte es Spinnennetze. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine geteilte Küche sehr sporadisch ausgestatet. (z.B. nur zwei Weingläser)

Man kommt sich sehr verarscht vor.

Nun endlich die Rezension: Mit der Großfamilie bewohnten wir für 14 Tage gleich 2 Wohnungen: die sehr große im Erdgeschoss und das darüber liegende Apartment mit Meerblick. Es war großartig! Die untere Wohnung ist einfach riesig, der Wohnraum gleicht einem Tanzpalast, dazu 2 große Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad. Nur etwas Meerblick. Die obere Wohnung besticht durch den Blick auf den Beau Vallon Strand und auf Silhouette Island. Beide Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet, klasse WLAN, Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen und zusätzlich viele Ventilatoren. Somit immer gut klimatisiert. Zum Strand 3 Minuten direkt vor einem tollen Hausriff. Am Haus sehr praktisch die Außendusche!!!
Unten am Strand direkt der gut ausgestattete kleine Shop. Dadurch und das auch das Zentrum von Beau Vallon fußläufig ist, war es einfach chillig!
Erica und Eddy sind super Gastgeber, immer freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Einmal wurden wir sogar von Eddy bekocht. Wir danken Euch für die tolle Zeit. Bis nächstes Jahr!!!

Helle freundliche Zimmer mit Bad und kleinen Abstellraum.
Abendessen war lecker aber preislich völlig überzogen.

Nagyon kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk; az érkezésünkkor kapott limonádé isteni finom volt. Három gyermekünkkel voltunk az egyik villában, ami nagyon szép, és jól felszerelt; van vasaló, hajszárító és a konyhában is van minden, ami kell. A villában van 3 hálószoba, 3 fürdőszoba, nappali, konyha konyhaszigettel; mindenhol nagy terek vannak. Kint fedett terasz mindenféle ülőalkalmatossággal és egy privát kis medencével, ami egy 8 évesnek teljesen ideális. Külön van még egy nagyobb medence is. A medencék tiszták. A part csak pár lépésre van, ami egyszerűen fantasztikus. Nincs szükség tengeri cipőre sem, mert ez a szakasz nem köves. A part és a víz is tiszta és szinte ez a rész csak a miénk volt. Írták mások, hogy zaj van, mi ilyet nem tapasztaltunk; csend volt, jókat aludtunk a kényelmes ágyakban.
Nagyon segítőkész volt a gondnok. Még azt is megoldották, hogy délután 5-ig maradhassunk hazautazásunk napján, amiért nagyon hálásak vagyunk, mert ugye 10-ig el kell hagyni a szállást.
Mi elégedetten, kipihenve, feltöltődve jöttünk haza, de még biztosan vissza fogunk ide menni.

Appartamento molto grande (almeno 130mq) con due ampie camere da letto, due bagni e una zona giorno molto grande con cucina a vista. Balcone molto spazioso e zona esterna (sempre di proprietà degli host) con doccia , lavanderia e parcheggio gratis.
Eddie ed Erika sono due persone fantastiche e molto ospitali. Eddie si è preso cura di noi fin da subito facendoci sentire a casa nostra. Ci ha offerto una cena creola cucinata da lui...un sogno !
La posizione è fantastica, in zona centrale di Beau Vallon, ma molto silenziosa.

Worst place in the world. The owners only look to get easy money from you. No cancellation option. We booked it per accident and I wrote 2 minutes after the booking to please cancel the booking but there was no respond. When we call them with our foreign number also no answer. They only respond once when the reception in the hotel we stayed called them but still they told me that the person to do the cancellation might come some day next week. Of course we never get one answer to the 1000 of emails we wrote them because it's nice to get money for free and to sell the room to other people.
We went to see it from outside and the area is just super bad and dirty in the middle of nowhere so please do yourself a favour and don't stay there

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Chateau Elysium - A Honeymoon Letdown + Racist Owner

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Chateau Elysium during the final part of my honeymoon in Seychelles. While our previous accommodations had been amazing, Chateau Elysium turned out to be a major disappointment that we would prefer to forget as soon as possible.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that our honeymoon experience would not live up to our expectations. The presence of ants in our room and around the breakfast table was distressing, creating a sense of unease and discomfort that we did not anticipate during such a special trip.

To make matters worse, the caretaker seemed entirely focused on attending to new guests, leaving us feeling neglected and unimportant. Breakfast, prepared by the caretaker, became an exercise in frustration as we were made to wait excessively between each course. Their constant state of confusion and inability to address our inquiries efficiently further compounded our disappointment.

The delay in checkout added further frustration to our stay. As breakfast took longer than expected, we were delayed in vacating our room. However, the housekeeper arrived at our door and rudely demanded that we leave immediately, insisting that new guests had arrived. This was despite the fact that the check-in time was at 3 PM, and it was only 10:30 AM at that point. The housekeeper's behavior was completely unwarranted, treating us as if we were trespassers rather than paying guests. The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the housekeeper was deeply disconcerting.

Furthermore, the caretaker's constant unavailability was a recurring issue throughout our stay. We would search for him in various locations, including nearby properties, only to find ourselves waiting for 15-20 minutes before he could be located. This level of unresponsiveness and disorganization is unacceptable, especially when considering the responsibilities he was expected to handle, such as check-ins, guest queries, and breakfast service. It reflects poorly on the management's ability to handle the property and provide adequate staffing.

Moreover, we were deeply disturbed by the owner's racist behavior. On multiple occasions, he made offensive remarks, expressing his disdain towards individuals with an Indian accent. He went as far as stating that whenever he hears an Indian accent, he assumes his servants are speaking to him. Although he attempted to backtrack by mentioning the current Indian Prime Minister, his underlying prejudice was evident in his tone and body language. Such racism is abhorrent and completely unacceptable, and it severely tarnished our experience at Chateau Elysium.

In conclusion, our stay at Chateau Elysium was an immense letdown, especially considering it was the final part of our honeymoon. The presence of ants, lack of attentiveness from the caretaker, subpar pool condition, safety concerns, disappointing breakfast, unprofessional behavior from the housekeeper, and the owner's overt racism all combined to create an experience we would prefer to forget. We strongly urge prospective guests to consider alternative options that prioritize guest satisfaction and uphold a higher standard of service.

As we reflect on our honeymoon in Seychelles, we are grateful for the exceptional experiences we had elsewhere, which only served to highlight the stark contrast and disappointment we encountered at Chateau Elysium

Una meravigliosa vacanza trascorsa in Villa Roscia con la mia famiglia.
Ringrazio Paolo e Nicole per le attenzioni che ci hanno rivolto, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio con i loro modi gentili e sempre attenti a fornirci informazioni utili.
La posizione è fantastica, situata in una baia meravigliosa, raggiungibile due minuti a piedi ed è comoda per visitare altre destinazioni.
La terrazza è superlativa, una vista sulla baia di Beau Vallon mozzafiato, bellissimo fare colazione la mattina, oltretutto abbondante .
Gli ambienti pulitissimi.
Abbiamo avuto modo di restare a cena, Ottimo direi tutto!
Spero di ritornare alle Seychelles e sicuramente andrò da Paolo e Nicole.

Séjour magnifique! Hôtel familial de quelques chambres avec service personnalisé aux petits soins. Les propriétaires comme les employés sont super accueillants et aimables. On s’y sent comme à la maison!
Situation privilégiée directement sur la plage.
Nous avions une chambre avec vue magnifique sur la mer.
Finalement, notre avion étant à 23h30, on nous a laissé utiliser la chambre encore toute la journée alors que le check out standard était à 10h.

Very good apartment , good location, very friendly and nice owners, feels like home. Clean and big room. Beautiful ocean view. Everything is near: beach, shops, bus stop. Beautiful, quiet area and neibourghood.

Das Hotel ist etwas versteckt. Der Shuttlebus konnte nicht direkt davor halten, dafür hat es aber ein paar Parkplätze z.b. für Mietwagen direkt davor. Der Weg ist aber nicht weit.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Klimaanlage ging leider richtung Bett. Es gab aber eine Position in der sie nicht gestört hatte.

Das Frühstück wurde nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Geschmacklich super. Es war genug zum essen da.

Der Pool war sauber. Es gab aber auch einen direkten Zugang zum Meer.

Das Personal war freundlich. Beim einchecken gab es ein kleines Problem mit den angegebenen Daten vom Reisebüro. Das wurde allerdings sehr schnell geklärt.

Wir konnten zeitiger ins Zimmer und nach dem aus checken durften wir die Anlage bis zur Abfahrt weiter nutzen.

Es war wirklich schön.

Super endroit spacieux, familiale, conviviale, situé à Mare Anglaise, Beau-Vallon, logement familiale 180m2. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, prestations de qualité ( ménage, serviettes de toilette et de plage changées régulièrement), chambres climatisées, vu sur la mer, proche de la plage et des commerces (100m). Par contre petite impasse étroite qui monte pr y accéder, difficile avec voiture familiale de location, mais ça se fait qd même. Je recommande sans hésiter et y retournerai bien volontier, les Seychelles sont paradisiaques.

Tutto veramente bello, unica peccato la colazione non abbondante, non a buffet, ma buona. Cena costosa, ma deliziosa. Posto unico. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, camere eleganti e grandi, c'è anche la vasca in mezzo al bagno!
