We loved this place for being one of the most traditional and original restaurants on the island, with exquisite creole cuisine. Service was amazing too. Highly recommended.

They offered a lunch pack for 450 SCR with multiple small dishes for 1 person, but I shared it with my wife and was enough. The food is delicious and worth it. I have added additional sweet potato fries that were good but not as expected when it comes to taste and crispness.

This place has wonderful creole local food. Get the set meal, Parot fish friters, tuna, chicken curry so many others dishes as well. Hostess was so nice, really enjoyed our meal. The house Turtles we so fun to visit with. Highly recommend this place.

Nice and tasty place, but unfortunately I do not find it as "best restaurant on the island". The food was good, the service was very nice, the setting too, but it wasn't "wow" and/or it didn't compelled me to return again ...

Delicious creole tapas option which is very popular. Fish dishes were amazing!

No air conditioning but big windows and fans. If you've walked up the hill in the heat don't expect to cool off! As a colonial design this is expected somewhat.

Only french people in attendance when we visited but the staff were friendly enough towards us too, all spoke English perfectly as most places do on the island!

Don't forget the tortoise enclosure at the rear, you can even feed them yourself!
