Nous avons réservé une chambre avec balcon et on nous a donner une chambre sans fenêtre nous avons demandé à la réception de changer de chambre mais on nous a ignoré en nous disant que notre chambre était très bien… la chambre avait une odeur de renfermé nous sommes venus à cette hôtel car nous pensions avoir un balcon sinon nous aurions pris un hôtel moin cher! Personne ne s’est excusé pour cette inconvénient.
But everything thing else was all good - comfort, cleanliness, location and WiFi. I was greeted very warmly when I arrived, with offers of assistance. I could catch the bus to Nakhon Si Thammarat from behind the hotel, and there were good coffee and food options nearby for when I didn't feel like walking into town (maybe 10 minutes away). They sold drinks and had a few tables out front to relax around.

Dorms are on the 4th floor upstairs so if you don't like walking maybe it's not for you.

Auf Wunsch täglicher Roomservice und jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser [Kaffee und Tee kann man sich morgens ebenfalls gratis holen. Angenehme Check-In/Out-Zeiten]. Lage ist sehr gut in Phuket Town, Preis-Leistung ist auf jeden Fall gut."
