Establecimiento de turismo interior perfecto para mochileros, con cinco habitaciones bien amuebladas y dos suites

Situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, a un paso de la plaza de la Constitución, el establecimiento turístico cubierto S'ardeviu está impecable. Dispone de cinco habitaciones, todas diferentes y bien amuebladas (televisión por satélite, teléfono, minibar, aire acondicionado...) y dos suites. Perfecto para los excursionistas que quieran explorar los senderos de la Tramuntana. La playa más cercana está a 4 kilómetros. Desayuno abundante y cálida bienvenida.

The hotel is located 50 m away from the main plaza of Soller. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was slightly different every day. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The room was ok, however, the sound isolation of our room was not great so we couldn't hear a couple fighting at 1 am and the other night a baby crying several times.

Una antica casa di fine '800 restaurata con passione e gusto dai coniugi che la gestiscono con l' aiuto dei figli. Arredi dell'epoca e ambienti gradevolissimi a partire dal giardino e la sala delle colazioni irrinunciabili. Posizione centralissima a 50 metri dalla piazza centrale di Soller. Tutto perfetto nei 5 giorni che siamo stati ospiti ai primi di Luglio 2023.

Das familiengeführte Hotel, mitten in Sóller, bietet mit seinen sieben Zimmern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir waren inzwischen fünf mal (min. eine Woche) Gäste bei Isabel, Xisco und dem Sohn Joel. Jedes mal war es einfach wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind groß und bieten ausreichend Komfort. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ und quantitativ sehr hochwertig. Ich möchte dieses Frühstück auch besonders hervorheben, da wir im Anschluss an unseren diesjährigen Aufenthalt einen weiteren fünftägigen Stop in einem anderen Hotel (4 Sterne Finca in Sóller, Bewertung folgt) eingelegt haben. Das Frühstück im S‘Ardevieu würde ich mindestens genauso gut einstufen. Die Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Obst, etc. ist super. natürlich gibt es selbstgemachte Marmeladen und frischgepressten Orangensaft.
Unser Fazit: Das S‘Ardevieu ist einfach klasse!!! Tip: Zimmer 7 und Direktbuchung bei Isabel und Xisco,

We stayed here for three nights, could stay longer. The design is very chic and cozy, but what made our stay so great was how considerate and kind the owners are. We had all we expected and more, it’s obvious they love what they do. Especially the courtyard was extremely serene and calm. Definitely value for money
