Très bon hôtel que ce soit au niveau du restaurant ( même si souvant plus de bacon ) ou de la piscine sur le toit qui a une vue tout simplement splendide ! Les chambres sont propres et agréables même si le lit est un peu dur. La vue n'est pas face mer mais l'hôtel reste plutôt bien placé pour se rendre dans les restaurants et boutiques.

Bellissimo hotel, colazione buona e ricca. Alla reception una ragazza bravissima e gentilissima.

Cosas positivas que destacar: la habitación estaba muy limpia, todo estaba nuevo en el hotel en general bajo mi percepción y la recepcionista fue muy amable, además la ubicación es estratégica si quieres estar en un lugar céntrico para ir a palma que queda muy cerca y a las calas del sur y el desayuno es bastante variado y de calidad… cosas negativas que destacar: el aire acondicionado estuvo dañado no enfriaba y llame en varias oportunidades al número que me dieron de Recepcion y nunca atendieron, otra cosa que no me gusto, que me llamaran a la habitación 1 hora antes del check out para decirme que si estaba listo para hacer el check out… me pareció súper descortés ya que estoy consciente la hora del check out no hace falta que me llames antes de la hora para preguntarme si estoy listo para irme, otra cosa que no me gusto, me pedí un daikiri en la terraza y tuve que dejarlo porque era solo hielo picado… luego ni vi a la chica que me lo dio para pedirle un cambio así que lo tuve que dejar e irme, de todas las personas que atienen en el hotel solo se salva en educación y amabilidad la recepcionista y el personal de servicio y aseo

We are staying here right now, the room is very basic a few hangers for your clothes and that’s it no draws at all had to leave most of our clothes in the suitcases. Breakfast is either Luke warm or cold, just asked for some pancakes went away come back and they were cold. Even the cooked breakfast was cold. Went to the rooftop bar in the evening for a drink fancied a coffee was told the machine was out of order so would have to go out if we wanted one, but it was working for breakfast???. The rep came on the weds and she did manage to get us a kettle. I personally would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This break was supposed to be a treat for our wedding anniversary was very disappointed to say the least

Pas terrible l hotel

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Honestly, I am surprised by the fantastic quality (for the really low price). Trying to do it in a nutshell: it's modern, has cosy interior, it's not massive like other hotels but neither a tiny hotel, all spaces are very clean, service is REALLY good (I'm not used to good service in Spain, but they were all wonderful), we had a beautiful room with sea view, a rainshower, have not detected any noises, only felt good vibes in the hotel, the breakfast is ridiculously wide ranged and of good quality (till 11am!!) in a cute courtyard garden, not yet to have mentioned the rooftop... it's amazing! It has a small pool with 'infinity' effect, the whole rooftop has wide views over the sea, the mountains and Palma city. It's not crowded (at least in June it wasn't), the sun beds are great, there's a bar where you can order all kind of drinks and lots of real good cocktails (they bring it to your place with pleasure!!) and even some snacks for lunch :) Don't forget to go there during sunset too, views are amazing from there.

Only small things to mention: no small set of shampoo, shower gel etc in the bathroom & the area isn't good. Don't go there for the area, go for the hotel and enjoy the rooftop and rent a car or go to Palma to get out of the area :)

Profesional Stuff

Pokoje shludne, czyste, łóżka wygodne. Każdy z łazienką z niezbędnym wyposażenie.
W niektórych pokojach balkony bardzo malutkie, że ledwo się tam stoi. Minusem jest brak czajnika w pokojach (można wynająć za kaucją ale akurat brak był na stanie).
Śniadanie dobre. Smaczne i duży wybór. Każdy znalazłby coś dla siebie.
Bar na górze hotelu z basenem. Fajna atrakcja, super widok.
Lokalizacyjnie blisko do plaży i i lotniska, trochę dalej do Palmy.
Mogł by być trochę tańszy.

Wir sind Mitte Oktober diesen Jahres mit 8 Personen Im Hotel gewesen…
Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings gingen die Türen zum Balkon nicht richtig zu … da es sehr windig gewesen ist hat man hier durch den GeräuschPegel kein Auge zubekommen. Die Duschtüren der Zimmer die wir hatten waren alle defekt, sodass nachdem duschen der ganze Boden im Bad nass war…. Es gab im Badezimmer kaum Ablageflächen was ich zum Nachteil finde.
Es gab generell keine vernünftigen Ablageflächen sowie keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Für ein paar Tage reicht es aber 2 Wochen würde ich da nicht aushalten mit dem Gepäck …

Was mich allerdings noch immer sehr verärgert war die „deutsch-sprachige“ kleine Frau am Empfang…. sie hat einen nicht ausreden lassen war bei einer Nachfrage direkt „genervt“ und hat es einen spüren lassen. Sie hat nur herum gebrüllt wenn etwas nicht nach ihrer Nase lief. Das hat uns direkt am 1. Tag die Stimmung vermiest.

Отличный отель, великолепные завтраки, удобное расположение к обоим пляжам, магазинам, супермаркетам и автобусным остановкам. Отдельная благодарность обслуживающему персоналу, ребята вы лучшие!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Service. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung und auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bar mit Pool auf dem Dach ist abends für einen Cocktail perfekt!

Спокойный, уютный отель. Чистенькие номера, дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Практически каждый день меняют полотенца на сухие. Учитывая высокую влажность и плохо сохнущие вещи - это важно. Неплохие завтраки, разнообразия вроде и нет, но всегда можно вкусно позавтракать. Кофе лучше покупать на стойке, кофемашина в зале варит непонятно что. Из некоторых номеров очень неплохой вид. На крыше лаунж-бар с бассейном. Вид с крыши - просто шикарен. До прекрасного пляжа с пальмами - 3 минуты.

Hôtel avec des prix très bon marché, conforme au photo sur leur site internet. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent, le roof top avec le bar est un grand plus ! Nous avons dormis la fenêtre ouverte sans aucun soucis de bruit extérieur !
Un énorme merci à Manoli à la réception qui nous a toujours accueilli avec un sourire et qui a su être de très bons conseils pour découvrir le coin !

Schöne Zimmer, kleines Bad aber große Duschen! Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Standort:
Das hotel liegt relativ gut.
Es ist aber vom Hafen aus etwas höher gelegen also muss man ein paar Stufen hoch gehen damit man um in das hotel zu kommen, wieder Stufen runter gehen muss.
Es ist für party leute weiter weg ca. 35 min. Bist zur schinkenstraße.
Zum strand ca. 7 min.

Service:
War ok mehr aber auch nicht.
Beim Essen waren die Service Kräfte fleißig.
Der Rezeptionist, hatte mich beim auschecken gefragt ob er ein Taxi für mich rufen soll. Finde ich persönlich sehr nett.

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer und der Waschraum waren sauber. Sehr klein der Balkon war auch sehr klein.
Die Aussicht war nicht so toll.

Hotel:
Das hotel war ganz gut sauber, hell.
Was wirklich super war, befindet sich auf dem dach:
Rooftop Pool inkl poolbar.

Abzug der sterne:
- Frühstück, es gab nicht wirklich viel Auswahl und die Ware war durchschnittlich.
Der Kaffee war auch nicht besonders.

Abendessen:

Ja genau, nichts!
Echt schade, aber es wurde ja auch bei der Buchung nicht angeboten.

Excelente hotel con espectacular rooftop. Una ubicación excelente, a 3 minutos del Puerto y la playa y una piscina en el ático de escándalo, sin duda una opción a tener en cuenta al visitar Mallorca.

Relación calidad precio nada que comentar
