Hotel 100% recomendable. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Lacarta del restaurante, sencillamente, buenísima. Destaco muy positivamente el servicio del hotel, en especial, la atención y amabilidad de Edgar.

Melhor escolha possível, sítio super tranquilo onde se ouve e se sente a natureza, para quem quer estar no “centro” mas sem estar rodeado da azáfama da cidade, este lugar é ideal. A 10 minutos de carro da baixa de Ponta Delgada e do aeroporto. Toda a herdade é linda desde os quartos zona dos pequenos almoços, estufas dos ananases e principalmente a estufa do jacuzzi, visita personalizada às estufas com explicação de todo o processo da produção de Ananás ???????????????????? todo o Staff 5⭐️ do mais prestável possível e super acolhedores, obrigada por fazerem da nossa estadia uma memória tão maravilhosa ????????☺️???? recomendo a 100% e espero um dia poder voltar

A very special place. We enjoyed the pineapple tour. Everybody at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Great breakfast too. Make sure you try the pineapple jam. Will definitely return if I come to Sao Miguel again.

Prijs-kwaliteit is dit echt top. Uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime kamers, warmwaterbad tussen de ananasplanten en indien gewenst gratis rondleiding en wat uitleg over de ananasteelt. Het avondmaal was bijzonder lekker (reserveren is wel noodzakelijk, wij hadden dit niet gedaan en hadden geluk dat er een tafel cancelde) Aanwezig personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kunnen dit hotel enkel maar aanraden en gaan er bij een volgende reis zeker opnieuw naartoe.

Very nice accommodation, we loved the jacuzzi inside the pineapple plantation. Exceptional breakfast, plenty of parking and a free pineapple tour. It was a great place to stay! ????

Excelente estadia na herdade do Ananás.Quarto grande e luminoso. Jacuzzi na estufa de ananás ótimo para relaxar depois de um dia de caminhada. Simpatia e disponibilidade do pessoal. Recomendo sem dúvida.

Great boutique hotel with excellent service and breakfast!

I had a very bad experience with this place and would definitely recommend to stay away from it. There are so many wonderful places with great customer service on the island. This is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

So here is what happened. I tried to book my stay directly via their website. The reservation didn't go through as there were some problems with my credit card. As the rate I booked required immediate confirmation with my card, there was no merchant agreement reached due to my card not working. We were emailing back and forth to solve the issue and then suddenly, they did not answer anymore. But there was no confirmed booking at this point. 5! days later they just randomly charged my credit card multiple times, using my previous provided credit card information without my consent. It is like you go in a store, didn't had the cash when you wanted to buy something. Leave the store and then 5 days later the merchant comes to your home and takes the money for something you don't want to buy anymore. Trying to explain this ended up in just more unfriendly emails and I am currently disputing it with my bank. So I felt I should warn you from this scam. Very sad, because I really don't like to leave reviews like this.

Magnífica experiencia.
Primero nos hicieron una visita guiada de los invernaderos con piñas.
Luego disfrutamos del jacuzzi ubicado en uno de los invernaderos.
Y, por último, degustamos de una fabulosa cena en un comedor muy bonito y acogedor.
Todo junto hizo de esa noche una velada inolvidable

A wonderful place located in the suburbs of Ponta Delgada next to the families’ Pineapple farm.
First of all: the team is just amazing!!!
The boutique hotel is a great example of „Upcycling“, old items are perfectly integrated in a modern environment.
The breakfast is the best start you can begin a day. All components of the big breakfast were presented nicely. We got delicious fresh juices, sliced fruits such as the home grown bio pineapples (so yummiiiiii!!!) and bananas etc. a cheese platter, various sweet toppings for the fresh breads, cereals, on individual request you receive eggs, pancakes, tea and coffee…
Some more details to mention about the hotel: the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the whole setting is surrounded by a quiet garden. In the evenings you can take a seat next to a warming fire. A parking is available in the backyard.
We enjoyed our stay very much and are recommending this hidden gem!

Que lugar mágico! Sitio ideal para um fim de semana relaxante longe da confusão, perfeito para famílias e tem várias atividades .

O staff todo muito simpático, limpeza muito boa e pequeno almoço fantástico!! Uma nota muito importante e de grande agradecimento pelo que nos fizeram pois esquecemos da hora do pequeno almoço e ainda assim as 11h preparam o pequeno almoço para nós.

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo a apontar na herdade.

It was great! Clean and beautiful room, delicious dinner, cool Jacuzzi! The personell was very friendly and gave us the feeling that they do whatever they can to make our stay there as nice as possible. Especially Edgar is a charm!

Non alloggiavo lì ( anche se il posto è meraviglioso e vale assolutamente la pena alloggiarci)
Ma ho prenotato un tour per visitare le piantagioni di ananas, chiamando la reception.
Il tour è bellissimo, spiega e mostra ogni tappa della crescita di questo frutto meraviglioso.
In più, esiste l' opportunità di godere della Jacuzzi in mezzo alla piantagione.
Ci ho passato due ore, che sono volate.
Relax , cura per i dettagli, atmosfera magica.
Un sogno!
Una tappa da fare, e il tour ha un prezzo davvero economico.
Il vino all'ananas che producono è ottimo e la ragazza alla reception che ha anche gestito il tour è stata gentilissima, preparata e cortese !
