Realmente es un 2 estrellas o un 3 venido a menos. Viejo, con olor en las habitaciones, pueden desayunar solo de a 9 personas por tanda, aunque muy bien ubicado
Overpriced. Room stinks, windows do not open. Breakfast the poorest I have seen (bread, butter, jelly, egg, yoghurt, muesli, orange juice, coffee) and your’e lucky when these are not runned out. Hot tub and location nice. Restroom very small. Free parking 1 block away.
We stayed here a week. The first night we found out about the Hero Bar across the street has bands (or singers) that play well into 2 am that were very loud. Not all acts were extremely loud but 2 nights they were blasting so loud I could hear them with earplugs in my ears, TV on and pillow over my head. I guess is the price you pay for getting a place this close to Duval St. where all the nighttime action takes place. This is not the hotels fault so I didn't really hold that against them. Just a heads up not to get a room with a window facing Southard street unless you want to stay up until 2 to 4 am . The blonde lady on nights was very nice and helpful and acted happy to see us.. The day shift just doesn't have the same attitude. No eye contact while talking to you and very uninterested in your stay. Out of the 7 days we were there we had maid service 3 times and we had to ask to have it done two of the 3 times.. The cleanliness of the room was something to be desired. The plus side is it does have a good view of Duval St from the 2nd floor for people watching. Nice pool area and clean patio area. Simple continental breakfast that will get old in 2 days. I would say 1 or 2 days it's fine, this place just doesn't have what it takes for someone to stay more than a few days without wanting to leave.
We stayed here for a little overnight visit at the Keys and it was perfect. The location and proximity to everything in Key West is perfect. The rooms were adorable and perfectly clean - the whole premises is very well cared for and very clean.
The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. She suggested some great restaurants, and was very accommodating.
There were three of us on this trip, and we all agreed we’d stay at Pegasus again if we come back to the Keys!
I did have trouble with the room, broken AC, old place and expensive. They did accommodate us in another room, while the fixe the AC.
In the move I forgot my tenis shoes in the room, when I ask front desk about my shoes, they didn't know anythings, no one had reported my shoes, I asked housekeeping service, but surprisedly, they didn't see any shoes at all.
I didn't care about my shoes, just my expensive orthopedic soles I bought for my feet.
The lady in the front desk was ok, but at nights no one was there.
Right on the strip! Great location and nice rooms. Bathrooms are kind of small and needs a shower door but I’m ok with that. Free continental breakfast is nice too!
Great location, nice places.Easy walk to either the southern most point at Duval st. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a great little rooftop patio and pool overlooking Duval St. I love this place I used this hotel since 2008 excellent location.
Sharla à l accueil est une femme formidable qui a été d une grande aide pour nous permettre de réserver une attraction. Elle a été patiente. 45 minutes . Merci encore Sharla
Stayed here for a few nights with my mom. Very cute place, walking distance from everything. The rooftop area is great. The woman who owns the hotel and the woman at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good price, good sized room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you ladies again for everything ????
I might be wrong but if you put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door it is because you don't want anyone in there. Well it doesn't mean anything there, so...yes they will be in your room every day no matter what.
The room was very nice, but they put us in a room that was directly across from a bar. So we heard loud music and people all night. Continental breakfast was okay. The room where you eat was to small for anyone to actually sit and enjoy their breakfast. Hotel was not worth the price in my opinion.
