Un bonito hotel moderno con todos los estándares de la cadena Hyatt. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, con pantalla plana, minibar y un gran cuarto de baño.
El establecimiento también cuenta con un buen restaurante grill y dos bellas piscinas, aunque se echa en falta a las h porque cuando hace calor se barbolaría hasta llegar a la hora… Pero el agente de seguridad no bromea con la regulación. Se les habrán advertido. Aparte de este pequeño inconveniente, este hotel es un buen plan y apreciarás su situación a orillas del agua y el bonito pequeño faro blanco en las proximidades.

We were moved to the sister hotel, which was lovely and very close by. Only one niggle, our balcony over looked the pool. Unfortunately, people were still in the pool at 9.00 p.m.

Let me start by saying that hotel is a nice place. It would have been my perfect getaway for two days, I really needed to rest but that didn’t happen so I went fishing in the morning came back around noon took a shower and went to sleep, 10 minutes after I can hear, chippy hammers banging on the wall and God knows what else all day, the hotel is on the construction and my room seems to be next to it, OK sometimes you gotta be understanding I went out for a late lunch came back. The next day was the same thing. Now I’m home and I see that I got charged $110 with $.50 and when I call that is the hotel fee Taxes and use of the parking lot. I wish that somebody would’ve said that there was a construction or that I was put on a different room so for the reason, I did not have a great experience.

When we arrived, a very unprofessional, rude and dismissive guy told us that they had no room for us and our reservation was canceled. Blatantly lied, claiming that he couldn’t get a hold of us by phone, text or email. (24 hrs earlier I received an inviting text message from them saying they couldn’t wait to see us the next day). We were provided with a very inconveniently located substitute hotel, which was a nuisance ( to say the least) while traveling with my 90 year old mother, but this complete and total lack of customer service skills and disregard for guests is just unbelievable.

We had a great stay. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Clean and recently updated rooms with easy parking.
