Este hotel boutique es realmente una pequeña joya en el barrio de North Beach Village en Fort Lauderdale. Cuenta con 66 habitaciones ultramodernas con un blanco brillante y con un mobiliario elegante que va con él. Las suites cuentan además con un gran salón y una cocina totalmente equipada. En el exterior, estás en un auténtico jardín tropical muy agradable con varias bonitas piscinas diseminadas en la propiedad. Una de ellas tiene incluso un bar cerca (abierto únicamente durante el día). El trato es muy agradable, lo que no arruina nada. Para la pequeña historia, este hotel ha recibido durante unos diez años sólo una clientela masculina gay, pero las niñas y los heterogéneos se aceptan hoy sin problemas. Sin embargo, el establecimiento es gay friendly y la clientela gay es dominante. Ambiente buen niño. ¡Una bonita dirección!

I was taking a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and opted to come in a couple of days early. I was just looking for someplace to lay my head to get "cruise-ready". (I volunteer with Aphasia Recovery Connection on their cruises...so it is sort of a "working cruise") I didn't expect much, but I was so very pleased with this property.

It is a short block from the water. There are shops and restaurants about 15 minutes walk from The Royal Palms. The staff is polite and helpful. I asked for...and got early check-in with no hassle or added charge. The rates charged were very reasonable...considering I booked so late. My room, and the rest of the property, was clean and, rather comforting.

I booked it, sight unseen, and had fairly low expectations. I will spend another night after my cruise. Happily, I know what to expect now.

I was skeptical to book my birthday weekend here coming from Chicago because of all the reviews. I am so glad I did. It is definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere. So know that. But, the rooms were big, clean and neat. It’s very close to the beach. Great vibe and safe.

Very nice place and great location. Although when making reservations with this hotel it is impossible to do it directly with the hotel. Reservations are made with a separate office which doesn't have a clear understanding of what the rooms are like.I was told I would get a room with a roll away bed but I did not receive it. In which case the reservation office lied about that. However the hotel staff was very nice. I prefer not to make reservations with a hotel through a third party.
