Great location. Rooms are confusing to find at first because the parking lot is odd but the staff was great. Very helpful and patient.

Wow! First and foremost the ladies at the front desk on 4/6/2024 were sooo hospitable ❤️. We had a booking issue (not their fault) but they were sooo accommodating. Got us water, peanut butter crackers and helped us work it out. Most could learn from these two ladies❤️. The next morning at breakfast the young lady working at keeping everything nicely stocked was very pleasant and kind❤️. Notably everything was clean and I would not hesitate coming back to this welcoming establishment ????. Ladies..Thank you for making us feel so at ????

Beds were soft but Wi-Fi is so bad there isn’t much to make up for it. Parking is ridiculous tight. You can tell it’s an older building with renovations, but other than the Wi-Fi and the “breakfast” the stay wasn’t too bad.

The place was older, which was actually pretty unique and cool. The staff were super and polite. Make sure you come and stay in April 2024. Evidently it is being sold and going to be torn down for a new hotel after April 2024. Don't miss your chance. Make sure to play some chess and checkers on the second floor. Really cool experience compared to a more modern hotel. The keys are real house keys, not cards.

Let me start with the staff, they were great. No problem, rooms were pretty clean, if you bring your own bathroom cleaning kits. Prices are reasonable but let me tell you if you are looking for comfort PASS This Place On By. Beds are hard as a BRICK and comforters are as thin as paper.

My Son who lives in Pensacola surprised us by booking a room at New World as a gift to attend his wedding. He chose New World because of the history and area
Upon our arrival we were impressed ! The room was beautifully appointed . Every person we had contact with was so welcoming and helpful each and everytime we saw them.
The continental breakfast was wonderful each day !
The Inn is surrounded by beautiful walking areas including the historic district.
We want to thank you for an amazing stay !

Perfectly located at the bottom of the downtown strip! We had easy walking access to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. The lobby and registration desk take you back in time in a good nostalgic way. Our room was on the second floor and it was perfect! The bed was large, room was cool, the shower had good water pressure. Outside our room was a nice little seating area where you could join other people from your party to talk or meet up. Parking was simple and close as well.

Decent location. They really went all out the renovations and with quality replacements. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, good showers / water pressure. Environment was good in lobby with happy hour and breakfast. 10/10

Overall, nice stay. Rooms were clean, but you could definitely tell it was an old motel that had gone through renovations. Outlets were in the weirdest places and I felt like the water was either hot or super cold. Great location, nice people.

This hotel was extremely nice!! When my fiancee and I got our own place in Pensacola and had to check out of the hotel it was raining, and we had a lot of stuff AND two dogs!! The owner went out of his way to take us and our stuff and dogs to our own place. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

The lobby is nice but the motel itself is rundown and the location is super sketchy. The motel was far over-priced for the quality of the room and the location. Recently painted but not really improved. Safety is a concern.

Reasonably priced hotel a short walk from places on Palafox. Our room was clean, quiet and they allow dogs for $20.

Despite my initial worry about the accuracy of the photos, I was pleasantly surprised by the cute and well-maintained place. Even though I stayed alone, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel safe. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location. Walk to great restaurants & microbrewery next door. Safe, clean & a throwback to the motel days. Nice fast grab breakfast choices. Good coffee.

As someone who travels quite a lot, I must say that it was the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation. The place is quite clean and well organised.

Nice quiet place. Very old with somewhat renovation. If you just want a place to sleep, its fine..
Breakfast is not much more than a vending machine. Very basic grab and go type foods

This was a wonderful little hotel! Very clean and friendly helpful staff. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we return to Pensacola. The happy hour and breakfast options were lovely. Also the location of the hotel is perfect as it’s right on the main drag in downtown we only had to walk 3 minutes to get to the music venue we came to town for. 10/10 in every way!

Exceptional staff, very welcoming and kind. We were in town for a business conference. Great price point and fantastic location in old town pensacola. Plenty of parking, rooms are historic with lovely details and such comfortable beds in our room! Breakfast snacks morning service was an added bonus. I highly recommend New World Inn and will stay here again!

Pretty clean room, hot clean water, comfortable beds, quiet, nice people. The only negative thing is it’s on a hill, which made it hard for us because we had a trailer. But lots of parking so we were good!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing. It's located right on Palafox and a lot of the restaurants and shops are a minutes walk from the hotel. Plus the happy hour the hotel provides was an awesome bonus. We would stay here again.

Terrible!!!

I don’t leave reviews but had to make an exception on this one.

This hotel is a one star at best. Had my wife and I known the condition of the property I would have reserved us accommodations elsewhere. This place is atrocious!

The booking came out to $142/night for a hotel room that was embarrassingly busted. I had booked it based on the description and details online. Don’t believe them!

There are many others properties I had considered before settling on this one, so I had that regret on my conscious all weekend (we were in town as a baby moon for my wife). The location isn’t even that great. It’s so far up Palafox that you’ll probably end up driving anyway, as we did.

I wasn’t even tempted to bring my concerns to the property staff after seeing the state of the property as a whole. Nearly empty yet we were put in the farthest corner room away from everything. Only reason I didn’t make a fuss was for my wife’s sake.
