Hotel de lujo absoluto con habitaciones ultraconfortables con balcón y dos hermosas piscinas en Nápoles
Este hotel es lo último en lujo, al igual que la cadena Ritz Carlton. Habitaciones ultraconfortables con balcón y todo lo que ello conlleva, dos hermosas piscinas, acceso a una playa privada, cinco restaurantes, un club de fitness, un club infantil, cuatro pistas de tenis, un campo de golf... La decoración es, por supuesto, elegante y refinada en todas partes, con un vestíbulo enorme y muy impresionante en el que a menudo se celebran conciertos por la noche y en el que disfrutará tomando una copa, incluso si no está alojado en el hotel. En definitiva, todo es perfecto, aunque el presupuesto sea considerable.

At this hotel, my family and I experienced disrespectful treatment and racism from the reception staff. Despite our polite manner, the receptionist's attitude towards us, as non-Americans, was blatantly discriminatory. This made our stay uncomfortable and hurtful, especially for our children. However, we didn't let this ruin our experience.

Nice place but very lazy bartenders and servers. Limited drink menu. VERY pricey BUT it is the RITZ and you're paying for the name. I would just expect top notch service

Again, this is my second review about the Rich carton in Naples. I stayed here for one night and New Year’s Eve was triple charge nobody could produce a receipt or itemize what I have paid for several times for someone to give me a call and nobody did very poor next time anyone stays there make sure you check your bill Before leaving And the charges don’t trust them sending you an email

Additionally I want to mention that our family took advantage of their in-house photography service and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! Macarena and Chris are excellent photographers and now we have these beautiful family photos to always remind us of our wonderful first trip to Naples in front of the pristine Vanderbilt Beach and RC grounds.
