Bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel gentil et bienveillant. Bien situé, relativement près de la 5th avenue. Déjeuner inclus.

This was my third stay at the hotel (Mar 16-19). Holiday Inn 5th Ave has never disappointed me or others I have recommended the hotel to. First night we got our room. There was a boisterous family next door. I asked if we could get another room. Sherry working at front desk was very accommodating in helping with our request. Thank you (again) Stephanie. You are a true sweetheart. Bill on front staff was very courteous. Always asking my family if there was anything we needed. By the time we left he felt like a friend. The staff elsewhere very attentive. From cleaning service (who did an awesome job with our room) to the staff who took care of the breakfast area. Every morning breakfast area was extremely clean. The variety of breakfast is always impressive. Likewise say others I have recommended the hotel to. I could go on. Only complaint that I have. Bathroom fan in neither room did not work. . Hence 4 *. Trust me folks. For the $$. This is a great place to stay. Great location too!
