Ubicada en un encantador puesto de avanzada (un antiguo edificio militar), la Casa Ivey es una gran base para explorar los Everglades. I have edited this since originally written, as the day I left that evening I realised I had left something behind. Despite emailing them that same day and again 2 days later there has been no response, so very disappointed in that. I'm unable to go back. :( For a 2 * it wasn't bad. Clean and our king size bedroom was a generous size. The small pool seemed nice. The ladies (one in particular, I think she was the manager) at reception were very helpful, up until I lost my possession!

This room was definitely not in the condition to charge the ridiculous amount they charged! I'm assuming they can get away with it because of the lack of choices in Everglades City. Don't let the photos they posted online fool you.

This was our first stay at The Ivy House facility. It was great. We will surely stay here again.

This is the second time staying here in the last 9 months, the property has turned out amazing the service and employees are all top notch
people . Hurricane Ian hit this little community very hard but the resilience of the town and hard work it is turning into a place we are thinking of moving to . Love the people places and the beauty of the Everglades. Planning on making another trip to Ivey House in June .
