Este bonito hotel del grupo Accor, con decoración contemporánea, ofrece todo el confort de un hotel de su categoría: piscina, servicio de habitaciones, pantalla plana y Internet en todas las habitaciones. También encontrarás un gimnasio, un restaurante francés el Riviera, un bar abierto hasta la noche e incluso un Starbucks Coffee para degustar un buen moka al volver de las compras. El hotel está bien situado a pocos minutos de South Beach, del Dolphin Mall y a sólo 5 minutos del aeropuerto. El establecimiento ofrece un servicio gratuito de traslado cada media hora al aeropuerto y a petición del puerto de Miami. ¡Bienvenida francófona!

The bed sagged to the floor. The shower didn't work. The phone didn't work. They upgraded me to a suite the next day. The bed sagged ALMOST to the floor. The shower and phone both worked. I hear music and partying from the lobby at all hours of the day and night. I had to call at 4AM one night to ask them to turn it down. I've NEVER encountered this from ANY hotel - not even a 2star.
The elevator was broken; The ice machine was broken. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner. I have no idea if they had room service, there was no indication that there was and no one told me differently.
If you're paying more than $60/night for this place, you're overpaying.
The breakfast was good and has plenty of choices. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed gave a good sleep. The service was friendly though in the restaurant it was hard to get more coffee during the breakfast. The lobby bar was ok. During my stay it was the spring break's peak time thus the price of the room was high. It is more reasonable usually. I could come again.
I would recommend it overall even though I didn’t use the pool and gym. Excellent property.
