Justifica sus tarifas sobre todo por su ubicación en el corazón de una de las calles más exclusivas de Roma y no lejos de la Piazza Barberini. El personal es muy atento y en la recepción se puede reservar el transporte al aeropuerto o la entrada a los numerosos lugares turísticos.

Worst experience I had in Rome. Do not stay here. Front desk agent lied about seeing our 2 room reservations and I was forced to book another hotel on short notice. She then suddenly “found” my second room after I had already booked another place. They have now refused to refund my money for both rooms and the front desk agent lied about our experience. Cannot recommend you to not stay here enough.

Hotel Alexandra was well-situated in the heart of Rome near the Trevi Fountain and well within walking distance of several sights, including the Coliseum, Roman Forum, and the Spanish Steps. It seemed a pretty safe area. The housekeeping service was very good and the front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Every receptionist spoke English very well. The economy rooms are very tight, though--especially the bathroom. One could almost use the toilet and brush his teeth at the sink at the same time! The shower pressure was excellent with both rain shower head and hand sprayer with plenty of hot water, but it was about the same size as you would find in a car-towed RV (caravan). The bed was comfortable enough to get a restful sleep, and the table at the foot was handy. Narrow French doors opened to a small, fairly private balcony and provided ample outside air if desired. We did not elect to include the breakfast. Restaurants were readily available. Our reservation was through Expedia.
