This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The 24hr concierge was great and the breakfast spread was yummy. The room was huge, gorgeous, and perfectly clean. The terrace and bathroom were both large. The price is absolutely worth it!

Minden nagyon szuper volt, köszönjük szépen!
Csodálatos 4 napot töltöttünk itt.
A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.
Az elhelyezkedése kiváló a hotelnek.
Minden nagyon közel volt.
A távolabbi helyek is pár percre voltak metróval (a metró 100 méterre van a hoteltől és folyamatosan közlekedik).
A szoba tiszta és csendes volt.
Nagyon kényelmes volt a matrac.
Van egy szuper étterem amit mindenképpen ki kell próbálnia annak aki Rómában jár, 3Qarti Nord!!! Fantasztikus ételek, családias légkör, részben magyar tulajdonossal!

스페인계단을 올라오시면 정말 바로 옆에 위치하고 있습니다. 쾌적한 룸 컨디션을 항상 유지해주고 시설도 굉장히 신식입니다. 리셉션에서의 서비스도 좋으며 매일 제공되는 조식 식사도 훌륭합니다. 유명한 랜드마크 근처라 시끄러움에 대한 걱정이 있었는데 외부 방음 처리가 잘 되어서 수면에 방해 된 적이 단 한번도 없었습니다. 만약 다시 로마에 오게 된다면 다시 또 묵고 싶네요

Meravigliosa esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel in Piazza di Spagna a Roma.
A due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana "Spagna", di fronte a via Condotti, nel cuore del centro della città.
Titolare e personale di una cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile.
Mi hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito della camera ed ho soggiornato nella "Panoramic Suite" con una vista davvero straordinaria.
Camera grande con SKY e wi-fi inclusi. Cassaforte e frigobar con acqua gratuita. Pulizia impeccabile. Camera luminosa, silenziosissima con letto grande e comodissimo.
La camera, ubicata in palazzo attiguo alla struttura principale, richiede di fare due passi e spostarsi nella struttura per la colazione.
La colazione, abbondante presso la terrazza coperta all'ultimo piano dell'hotel, merita comunque questo piccolo passaggio.
Grazie di cuore per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrata.
Tornerò sicuramente.

Hotel in posizione speciale, camera 6 super confortevole con due finestre grandi , bagno grande con doccia fantastica e rilassante, si può regolare la temperatura nella stanza, colazione varia in una terrazza particolare, personale gentile e sempre presente. Soggiorno perfetto . Consiglio assolutamente questo Hotel e se torno a Roma sicuramente vengo qui!!!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were charming, and the beds were comfortable. There were no elevators, so don’t stay here if you are with someone who has a physical disability.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel and found it very easy to walk in and out while also feeling secure as the main door is kept closed at night and another key access door to the room area. The desk was staffed at all times and I was taken care of politely and efficiently. The room condition did appear well worn but kept clean. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

This was one of favorite stays in Italy and I’d absolutely come back to stay at this location. The location was amazing, situated right above the Spanish Steps. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip and is a can’t miss if you stay here. The staff were so patient with us despite us being very tired after an international flight. Because we booked and airport shuttle through the hotel, they had our room ready two hours prior to check in, even when we absolutely did not expect that level of service. They politely assisted with our luggage and they provided excellent recommendations for traveling in the city. The rooms themselves were so comfortable with a wonderful mattress and fantastic black out curtains. It was pretty quiet despite being in the middle of the city. I will recommend this location to any friend traveling to Rome.

Hotel in P.zza Trinità dei Monti. Ottima la posizione. L'hotel è formato da 2 corpi separati, Le camere del primo corpo sono più vecchie , hanno la moquette. La colazione viene servita nel primo corpo al primo piano. La colazione è buona ed abbondante

Great location to discover the city.
However, we had the Tour Appartement, which resulted in a very poor stay.
- Heating did not work,
- extremely noisy teenager gangs below the window every evening
- nearly no noise isolation from very thin windows
- second „room“ had even no window
- shower door missing
- room very dirty: dirty dishes in dishwasher, trash not taken out…
- unfriendly desk manager
For 310€ per night one must expect more.
