I booked 3 deluxe rooms in this hotel. They were beautifuly decorated and very new and clean. The hotel is in a very quiet back street when the window is closed you hear nothing. The alley people keep talking about is not dark and there are street lights. If I were a woman traveling alone I think at night I would be scared too, but if not alone it was OK. The breakfast is very impressive for a European hotel. Great selections with also fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable. There is a city regulation in place regarding the use of air conditioners. It is set by the hotel so we could not switch from hot to cold and had to sleep with windows open (and then you Do hear the city), but the noise was bearable. Overall, well worth the price. Location is great.

Localização perfeita para uma viagem de poucos dias. Mesmo sendo uma rua estreita, não tivemos problemas para entrar e sair de taxi e/ou com as malas.

Perfect location between Vatican, Trastevere and Piazza Navona,

I was visiting Rome to visit my daughter, and this location was perfect. 5 minutes from the Vatican, 15 from Trastevere and 25 minutes to the Steps and Fountain (...I am a fast walker).
Access to all the popular locations for me was excellent, as I like to walk at a fast pace. Location to the Vatican is amazing.
The access street is very narrow, though the taxi drivers managed maneuvering to it ok. When you leave the hotel to start walking anywhere, there is a very narrow lane to get to the main road...it looks a little daunting at first, though it was completely safe and well-lit, even when I returned a few times in the early morning hours.
Quirky access and entrance to the hotel aside, the rooms were spotless, and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure in the small shower (by American standards) was very good, and hot. Drinking the tap water was also perfect. Even the Wi-Fi was great.
I Stayed 7 days and never had any issues....they even changed out some of the windows and door frames while I was there...with no problems.
Once you get over the quirky lane access ...it's a great clean and very comfortable place.

Me and my friend chose this hotel as a place to stay during the weekend. The room is nice and clean. The only unpleasant situation that happened with us was that someone from the housekeeping staff replaced our pizza. We bought some fancy gluten-free pizza at Mariuccia’s, and the next day it was thrown away anyway and replaced with awful pizza with onions! We complained to the receptionist, who texted the WhatsApp group to check it. Then, one of the staff members admitted that they threw it away. We wrote an email to the management team, and they said no one was touching your property ???????????? But in fact, they did and admitted it. Please be careful with your personal belongings in this hotel ????

DON'T STAY at this hotel. Cleaning staff stole our food and replaced it, i am alergic, so it wasn't easy to find something else in the late evening in rome... My friend and I purchased a gluten-free pistachio and truffle pizza, without meat due to severe food allergies, from Mariuccio on the evening of the 10th of February for 30 euros. We were both in the city center for takeout and after bringing it home, we each ate a couple of slices. The next day, on the 11th of February, we went for a walk, and upon returning to our apartment, we discovered that there was no pizza left. Instead, we found a different fat gluten pizza entirely in a plastic box. Approximately half of each pizza was remaining at the time. I would really think before visiting this place if you care about your belongings. Secondly, there was a safe inside that was beeping the whole day and night despite asking hotel staff to throw away the batteries! Only on the second day, there was a very pleasant worker at the reception who finally hear us and solved the problem (the one was on Sunday morning).

Petit hôtel quatre étoiles entre le Vatican et le Tratesvere. Accueil adorable et très professionnel. Personnel aux petits soins. Idéalement situé à proximité de immédiate des lieux touristiques.
Excellent petit déjeuner buffet avec salé et sucré. Chambres décorées avec soin, à la propreté impeccable et aux lits confortables. Seul bémol pas de restauration sur place à part un petit take away de pâtes fraîches (très bon par ailleurs) et deux mini supermarchés. Je recommande sans réserve. Nous reviendrons !

Awesome room with unbelievable breakfast that even had a juicing machine for fresh juice! The decor' was updated and beautiful. Towels were fluffy. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned immaculately! I would stay here again!!!!

Very clean room and great location.However, there were no slippers for the bathroom.Also the A/C was in 22 but we were colding and they told us that they cannot change the temperature and that they usually have it at 19.It was their policy and it’s okey but I haven’t see it nowhere.The cleanness earned me.

Terasse schön groß, Zimmer längst geschnitten war von der Größe und Ausstattung in Ordnung.
Frühstück typisch Europäisch Auswahl vorhanden und frisch und gut.
Lage top! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Vatikanstadt gleich ums Eck. Viertel Trastevere mit schönen Restaurants und Bars sehr gut erreichbar
