En su interior, cuenta con toda la categoría de una gran casa de 5 estrellas, tanto por su acogida como por las facilidades que ofrece. Las 127 habitaciones y suites tienen una decoración contemporánea y refinada, con un toque barroco que recuerda a Bernini. La azotea del hotel ofrece una vista espléndida, hay un elegante restaurante gourmet. También hay un spa dentro del hotel.

地點位置佳。房間很大，算舒適。但可能是由於萬豪收購回來的，他們的前台服務和平時住的萬豪酒店不太一樣，還是因為太忙了？我沒有特別感受到作為會員被welcome loyalty，我覺得可以改進。不過，有些員工還是挺不錯的，樓頂餐廳早餐serve我們的男士，在酒店為我們指路、打招呼的清潔人員、有一位有一點點年紀的禮賓叔叔。

Definitely had a great time at the Hotel, it is located in the heart of the City, approximately 5 min. walk from the Trevi fountain. The hotel staff was extremely kind and polite, the room was really clean and always tidy. We have got some little presents from the hotel as well. We got the biggest room of the hotel, the view from our room was brilliant. The only problem I had, that we couldn’t connect to the Wi-fi… ???? But we used our mobile-internet. Unfortunately we were there only for the Easter holiday, so for 4 days and that was not enough time to see the whole city and squeeze some wellness moments into our programme, so we did not try the wellness unit of the hotel. For breakfast we could choose from a very wild selection. The panettone was the best. Overall it was the best time we could have spent in Rome.

The overall experience was somewhat satisfactory, but it did not meet expectations. The room's door was quite noisy, resulting in frequent disturbances resembling door slams. Additionally, the "Do Not Disturb" light did not effectively ensure privacy, as some housekeepers still knocked and inquired about entering for turnover purposes.
