Un piso cálido y elegante con diferentes estancias de especial encanto.

Un buen ejemplo de bed and breakfast donde la disponibilidad, el encanto y el confort están a la orden del día. Las habitaciones han sido cuidadosamente decoradas, la pasión y el gusto se notan enseguida, todo con sencillez; son confortables y con especial atención a los detalles. Un lugar cálido y elegante con todos los servicios modernos necesarios. Cada habitación tiene un encanto especial. Para desayunar, no hay problema, la zona está llena de bares excelentes. ¿Qué mejor manera de empezar el día que con un tradicional cornetto romano y un capuchino?

Ho soggiornato per una notte e non mi sono mai trovato cosi bene in altre parti.Camera super pulite,all’esterno delle camere una zona caffè gratis,e Antonio super disponibile nel spiegarci come muoverci alla meglio per Roma.

My husband and I booked the Rioni Monti Suites for two nights via their website. Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our full stay prior to seeing the room. Unfortunately, after entering the room we noticed a number of small bugs on the headboard of the bed and the wall behind the bed. When we informed the staff at the time, their solution was to wipe down the headboard with cleaning solution. Upon further inspection, we discovered more of the same bugs and were not comfortable staying in the room. Luckily, we were able to book another hotel nearby. When we returned to the Rioni to speak to someone about the situation, Manuela directed us to contact Zakir. As soon as we mentioned we were uncomfortable staying in the room, he became extremely defensive, and waffled between telling us that he couldn’t issue any kind of refund (even partial) because he wasn’t in charge, and telling us that there was no one else we could speak to to try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we would have had to cancel 48 hours in advance, but there is no way we would have known about the presence of bugs in the room prior to our arrival. He also repeatedly argued that other guests did not have similar complaints, despite us showing him the bugs immediately after entering the room. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend to others.
