Un gran restaurante romano, ristorante ecológico además, con una estrella Michelin. Uno de los mejores de Roma, con un personal muy atento. La cocina combina sabrosos productos locales cultivados por pequeños productores con los añadidos personales y pertinentes del chef: raviolis de lubina, leche de almendras, azafrán, almejas, brócoli y mousseux, vieiras y otras delicias: ¡es una fiesta para la vista y el paladar! También hay excelentes postres, en versiones clásicas (el famoso tiramisù) o más atrevidas (helado de robiola de cabra).

My husband and I ate here while staying in Rome for a quick leg of the trip. The restaurant was pretty empty but it was one of the best Michelin star restaurants we’ve been to! We did the tasting menu and the Amatriciana is something we still talk about to this day. Heavenly meal, incredible service, and an overall outstanding experience. We literally want to go back just for that pasta!

It was fun and nice, but not overwhelming or extraordinary. We specifically chose this restaurant for the option of a set vegetarian menu - therefore quite disappointed to be served the same dishes, but without the meat, for the same price. The vegetarian dishes were overall fine, a few were bland or indifferent. For the price we expected something extra. My partner had the regular menu and was more impressed.

However: The sommelier made our night. He was absolutely amazing, and so were his wines. Overall we experienced good service, so very unfortunate that the vegetarian menu disappointed.

We ate here on our first night in Rome and loved it! (It was supposed to be our second night but we had a passport mishap).
We had our 7-year-old with us and they were so accommodating and sweet to her. ???? definitely do the courses and trust the chef. And plan to be there for at least a couple of hours.
A warm thanks to the chef and servers who made our first night so pleasant and memorable (even though we were quite jet lagged!).
Let them know when you make the reservation if you have special dietary needs.
The portions are sized to perfection. The plating is gorgeous. risotto was sublime. The ‘carbonara’ dessert was clever but it felt like more show than flavor.
