Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy luminosas y limpias, el colchón muy cómodo he dormido genial, desayuno muy variado y rico, arriba pl 27 se puede disfrutar bebiendo y viendo las vistas bonitas, en planta baja los viernes y sábados toca un dj la música y el ambiente es bastante agradable, fue uno de mis vacaciones memorables, quiero destacar al departamento de gex, Adriana, Alex y Marina, gracias por vuestra profesionalidad y amabilidad, volveremos sin ninguna duda

Our stay at Melia Reina Victoria in Madrid was outstanding, perfect for both couples and families. We rented a suite, which offered the ideal blend of luxury and comfort, with amenities that superbly catered to our needs. The attention to detail in the rooms and the exemplary service enhanced our experience, making it the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. While we primarily enjoyed the space as a couple, the accommodations and services provided would undoubtedly offer comfort for families as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Madrid.

We stayed for a short week in this establishment. The hotel has parking. The hotel is very well located in the center of a busy area. Around the hotel there are a large number of restaurants, tapas bars, etc. until very late at night. We received an excellent welcome and the staff were present, helpful and attentive throughout the stay. A real concern for less is the room fragrance which is used from 9am in the morning until late in the evening in the ventilation of the rooms. According to my sense of smell, it is too strong and becomes annoying. Otherwise only compliments.

Una estancia muy agradable. Tanto el personal, como las instalaciones merecen mucho la pena, igualmente por la ubicación de este hotel en un barrio muy agradable de Madrid. Destaco el personal de recepción que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Volvería a alojarme aquí

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a while!! The staff were all insanely friendly, and offered help in both Spanish and English! The view from my room was of the Plaza de Santa Ana, and I felt like part of the city!! The breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfy, and the SHOWER I will be thinking about for a long time. Marina at the front desk even recommended me a book! 10/10 stay :)

Maravilloso hotel que te hacen sentir mejor que en tu casa, y eso es lo mejor que se puede decir de un hotel. Las atenciones fueron espectaculares. Nos mejoraron la habitación y nos dieron una con vistas centrales a la Plaza de Santa Ana. Nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino y un plato de quesos exquisito. La relaciones públicas del hotel es una gran profesional. El desayuno es muy bueno, solo le faltan unos churros, algo típico de Madrid. El rooftop Radio es precioso y sirven combinados de nivel. Me parece un gran hotel en donde hacen sentir al cliente algo único. Para repetir siempre que se visite Madrid.

We just spent a night at ME by Melia. The staff at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming. They offered us a glass of cava while they checked us in and provided very good service. The room was great! We really loved the shower and the CO Bigelow bath products had a great scent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. And of course the location is great. Thanks for a really nice stay. We wish it could have been for longer.

This is the Best hotel in Madrid. The concierge made the trip so special for us. She booked everything from bike trips to teensy restaurants to local non tourist restaurants. Patricia was amazing. She made our holiday!

Die Zimmer sind nicht richen streng, das Personal wiederwillig freundlich, das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand der Zimmermöbel.

El mejor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado en Madrid. Es una maravilla, tanto las facilidades como todo su personal. Limpieza, atención, calidad,… Adriana (Aura del hotel) muy en especialmente hizo de nuestra estadía una mucho más agradable. Nosotros les estamos muy agradecidos a todos.

This place is dreamy! It feels like you are living in a castle. Rooms are clean and staff is super friendly. Alejandro is your golden ticket to get hooked up with a local and his recommendations on restaurants and assistance with accommodations. He personalized a list of restaurants for me to try on…I mean how amazing is this!!! ????

My favorite part of this hotel is what I call Alejandro’s corner! Love the design and the decorations!
