Este lujoso B&B de estilo hotel-boutique suele estar lleno Lo descubrimos por casualidad, discretamente escondido en una tranquila y agradable callejuela de La Valeta, sin ser conscientes del revuelo que ya estaba creando en la red entre los viajeros que buscaban direcciones arty y contemporáneas. También descubrimos, desde el dúplex, la vista más hermosa de la ciudad de los Caballeros de la Orden de San Juan, con vistas al puerto, al mar y al casco antiguo, con un contraste tan sorprendente como fascinante entre las líneas limpias del B&B y el carácter auténtico e histórico de la capital. Un piso más arriba, la azotea, con una terraza donde podrá desayunar a la suave luz del amanecer, o disfrutar del aperitivo amablemente servido por el equipo al atardecer. Daniel, en recepción, sabrá darte los mejores consejos y anécdotas sobre Malta. Nos encantó el servicio y el alto nivel de las habitaciones, en armonía con este entorno paradisíaco.

The staff was very very nice and helpfull, 5 stars for them. They organized a taxi from the airport, explained a lot of the surroundings at check-in, were very attentive at breakfast, every interaction with them was perfect.
The location itself is also perfect, just a short walk to many sights and the main shopping street.
Breakfast was tasty und fresh, not a big buffet but more than enough. 5 stars as well.
The rooftop terrace is amazing for breakfast and a drink in the evening, hard to beat that view in Valletta. 5+ stars as well.
Now my main problem: the room. We booked the ground floor with patio, and that was a mistake. The room is direcly beside the check-in counter and the elevator (not much noise from both), but it has a major problem with humidity and a distinct smell. They tried to cover it as much as possible with an additional de-humidifier und some room perfume, but both did not help much. Everything felt damp after 2 days.
The layout of this room was also not great for me, because I just like some privacy on the toilet. Between the toilet and the bed is just a not really closing (3-4cm gap) glass door, with "frosting" just above knee height when someone is in the bed.
In general, I would book this hotel again, but never again that room.
