El personal es tan atento como en un hotel de lujo, y pronto te olvidas de que se trata de un albergue juvenil. Cocina compartida, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, patio con barbacoa, conexión wifi gratuita y una ubicación ideal a sólo 5 minutos de la terminal del ferry. Un albergue juvenil a escala humana.

Easy late checkin. No problem to also keep your bag for the day if you have to checkout long before your departure flight.
However, while it was cold outside at night, the room was still hot and humid. The AC of the room was centrally controlled and they didn't want to run it at night as "it was not the season". Very annoying to choose and pay for a room with AC and not be able to use it...
Jacouzzi was not worth anything as it was not even warm. They should not advertise things they can't/don't want to deliver.
Lack of place to hold towel/clothes in the room and no hand towel.
Staff were not knowledgeable of how to discover Malta.
