The atmosphere is very cold, same the service.. The person who receives the order today, Saturday, 4/13 at 4:00 pm, is totally arrogant. I thanked her and she ignored the customer. She left the plates with the Cuban Sandwich on our table, practically aggressively throwing them, with this very expensive price and with this ugly services and arrogance of employees. I hope that the Manager give them good customer service training. The seevices made me feel like I was in just another fast food restaurant.????

Love love love this place. My mom and I used to come here before the rebuild after her doctor's appts and sit outside and enjoy good food, my favorite cookies and Mac and cheese and whatever she wanted that day. Sadly she passed in 2018 but I keep up the tradition and visit after my Dr appts. I feel close to my mother during my visits❣️And the puppocinos can enjoy the outdoors as well.

The barista made one of the best chai’s I’ve ever had in Sacramento. I came here a second time and was impressed with the mocha as well. The manager and all the workers are very attentive and friendly. Overall you can’t go wrong with the service they provide.

I love the ambiance and atmosphere of the Cafe Bernardos in Sacramento! The food is delicious with rightly sized portions. I only wish the coffee was better! Perhaps consider using local coffee, there are a few great ones in the area ????????

Had the Point Reyes bleu cheese burger. It was scrumptious! I always like the quality and consistency of Cafe Bernardo. Also we had their delicious hot beverages served in bowl. Nunu, our Barista did the most amazing froth art! A lotus blossom on my mom’s mocha and a string of hearts on my latte!

This place can’t be beat! The service is always top-notch, and today’s visit was no exception. Ninou (sp? Nenu?) was extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back with friends!

Good quality food and nice ambience. But the service was poor. Maybe they are understaffed. Took forever for them to come take the order, forever to get the food and forever to take the check

Don’t walk in under dressed or in casual clothes on a Sunday night. They will sit you but never serve you. Ended up getting up to order my food to go. Wanted a salad and a glass of white wine.

Fui a este lugar para salir de vacaville por mi cumpleaños quería un desayuno diferente para comenzar el servicio lento, pedimos una mesa adentro precisamente para no pasar frío y los meseros eran demasiado imprudentes dejaban la puerta abierta y el frío que entraba era horrible, segundo la comida que ordene horrible el sabor de las papas y el bacon en aceite totalmente oxidado NO PODAS EL OMELETT DE BACON Y AVOCADO, te llevarás la peor experiencia. El plato que pidió mi hermana si estaba más pasable el kimchi rice y el de mi esposo eran las tortillas en salsa verde. LO PEOR SI VAS CON TU BEBÉ Y ESTÁ EN PLENA ALIMENTACIÓN NO TIENEN SILLAS DE BEBÉ SOLO 2. Y el volumen de niños es más de dos bebés en ese lugar te toca esperar a que se desocupen las únicas dos sillas que tienen. Por la espera mi hijo se dio un golpe en la frente porque la mesa era demasiado incómoda y los niños son inquietos. Así que no lo recomiendo para ir con un bebé. El café estaba más o menos. Así que decepción total de este lugar.

Reserved a party of 15 upstairs room and it was a horrible experience. Simple drinks soda/water took a long time to get. It took about 30 mins to get bread and butter. It additionally took 2 hours to finally receive our meals. I had to speak with the waiter asking for the food they took an additional 15 minutes to get food after that. For the price of the very limited food options and extremely long wait time to receive the food. I would not recommend this place. Unless you really have nothing else better to eat. All they removed from the bill was soft drink cost. I will never return.

I wanted to explore our capital a little more. We needed some good lunch, & my partner requested for me to try Cafe Bernardo. It's "rare" that I'll order a Hamburger, and it was Delish! I kept stealing Jim's Sweet Potato Fries! And dipping them in their yumm Aioli sauces. I'll Most def. Be back!
