INN ABOVE TIDE

Location and service was incredible! Friendly and attentive staff! Rooms have some minor defects but if you’re not looking for them you wouldn’t really notice. Bathrooms are kinda small….the quiche is AMAZING!!!

This was without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon and the staff were incredible. Once we arrived the check in process from the valet to baggage help was flawless and the room was amazing with complimentary champagne waiting for us.

The balcony and view were breathtaking and definitely worth everything we paid and more. The bed was so comfortable. The location was great as the actual hotel is tucked away from the Main Street but still in the prime spot of downtown Sausalito in between all the shops and restaurants (definitely recommend Spinnaker and Scomas)

The wine and cheese delivered to our room was an incredible addition to the vibes and for the complimentary breakfast also delivered to our room, the quiche was so delicious (my wife who is a self anointed quiche connoisseur said they were the best she’s ever had)

The hotel staff were also able to book a couples massage with 2 hours notice. Whenever we needed the car we would call to the front desk as we were heading down and it would be waiting for us by the front door with no wait time every single time. Also to note, the cost of valet in their private lot was cheaper than most hotels in the Bay Area. Same as when we requested help with our bags during check out, the staff showed up almost instantly, with the car already pulled out waiting for us.

Overall this hotel stay made our honeymoon better than we can imagine and the only downside was that we wished we could stay longer…. We will definitely return.

The best hotel in Sausalito. The location is perfect. You can walk to tons of shops and restaurants, or hop on a ferry to SF.

The rooms face the water and the city making for the most amazing views. Our room didn’t have a balcony but we did not mind because the weather was rainy and windy.

That didn’t stop us from facing our chairs to the window in our room, and enjoying the in room wine service. It was our favorite part.

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Don’t miss the complimentary breakfast. Well stocked and everything is delicious.

Would say this is best for couples and adults.

If you are visiting Sausalito, The Inn Above Tide is a must! The service, location, room and views are phenomenal!
