The room was dirty, funky smell, no toilet paper in room. I called front desk, I have to go to them for toilet paper and towels. I had to leave the windows open to air out that smell. Breakfast was light, several items ran out of it.

Book a room for my parents with my free IHG Card free night to stay while they were visiting the hospital nearby. This was a great decision given the other options in the area that look more like motels that haven't been updated in a while. There was parking that looked safe. Also it's right next to the library if you get bored. The only drawback was after we got our room 2 busloads of students stopped by and there was a lot of running upstairs that really pounded into our room. If I could suggest anything get the top floor because this location seems to be a staying point for students coming to visit. Otherwise no complaints for a service or breakfast.

There was an issue with the toilet in our room and Yana immediately asked us if we wanted to go another room, and she put us into a room that was nicer than the original room. The breakfast was pretty good and location was also good. Staff very friendly and the person that took care of the breakfast was awesome.

My room was quiet. Not elegant but everything well maintained. Close to a variety of restaurants. Far from the crowd and noise of San Francisco but close enough to get to the attractions of the city.
Very good and courteous staff.
