The hotel is historical and an institution of the Eolian islands. One can feel this history in the hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the view is amazing. Food is perhaps a bit expensive for the quality.

Fabulous location on the island of Panarea including breakfast and perfect views. The island doesn't have usual transport and relies on golf cart transport which can be romantic and cheap.

Bella la piscina sugli scogli
Unica pecca non c’era Wi-Fi nelle stanze, in compenso c’era la tv con Sky.

Wir waren im Restaurant essen. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Essen und Preise passend. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Toller Ausblick übers Meer.

Rooms are very dated and don’t feel clean. Our AC was broken and they insisted it was working. After half a day, we let them know it still wasn’t working but the hotel was sold out. We said they had to move us to a room with AC so we were able to be accommodated next door at La Piazza. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at La Piazza over Cincotta. Cincotta was very disappointing.

Fatto un pranzo veloce al bar.
Il prosecco è stato il migliore delle Eolie ( peccato non aver preso nota)
La cassata era una deliziosa, e di eccelsa bontà.
La vista dalla terrazza una gioia per gli occhi ed il cuore.
Che meraviglia.

Este hotel situado frente al mar tiene una situación privilegiada. Sus habitaciones son de estilo isleño pero limpias y confortables. El restaurante es impresionante. Su terraza mirando al mar es romántico y escénico. La carta es extensa y los platos son deliciosos y bien elaborados. Aconsejo venir a cenar con previa reserva pues es un sitio muy concurrido.
Panarea es una isla idílica con perfume de Romero y anís.

Probably the best hotel on Panarea offering comfort, tradition, view and services. Francesca will make your stay even more special with excellent advices and great care! Numero 1!

Everything was just fabulous, our room had stunning sea view, the swimming pool was very relaxing as you could hear the waves and admire the ocean, the restaurant had an excellent selection of food and all the staff was very kind, especially Federica from the front desk who was very helpful with her recommendations.
