Posto splendido e personale super cordiale, ma poca pulizia: moquette stracolma di polvere, così come la maniglia della porta; in bagno, sul water, c'erano capelli e non sembrava molto pulito, ma solo superficialmente, con i lavandini pieni di calcare. Sembrava una stanza di accomodo: le uniche cose buone erano lenzuola, asciugamani e kit da bagno. Anche l'asciugacapelli era non funzionante. Peccato, perché l'hotel è molto bello.

Excellent hotel and staff, especially Mr. Luca. They went above and beyond to help us after some travel delays and work through issues during a time when all hotels were fully booked. Many of the rooms have nice balconies facing the sea, highly recommend!

Be che dire innanzi tutto inizio col dire MERAVIGLIOSO. Arrivati sabato sera ci ha accolti Antonella che con il suo sorriso ci ha messo subito al nostro agio,ci ha prenotato lei stesso un ristorante ottimo e ci ha consigliato su tutto persona veramente in gamba. Dopo di che siamo andati in camera con una splendida vista,pulizia eccezionale. Colazione a dir poco favolosa e abbondantissima . Ci ritorneremo in estate è stato tutto meraviglioso consigliatissimo

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The hotel common area is just great: very well designed, art works all over, very attentive staff. The room was good, a bit older but totally up to a good standard. We had a beautiful sea view.
We used the bar which had a good variety on offer and nice seating.
Underground parking was very practical.
Breakfast staff were very helpful. The variety and quality on offer could be improved.

Although the hotel is old fashion but the service and facilities are good .
The location is very good , I like the “FON Art Gallery “ concept exhibited in the lobby, each floor.
Staff is very helpful especially the waitress in the breakfast time.
Parking is available.

Nice view. Poor location far from Catania central. Far from all amenities. Everything is a charged extra. Laundry service is ludicrously expensive. No decent supply of essential items like cutlery crockery and coffee tea sugar. Breakfast is expensive. Most staff were not informative about local sites and how to get around. Only Gaetano helped us and was very kind. Rooms were infested with mosquito's got bitten as no fly screens. Shower was awkward to use and dangerous. Leaky drippy shower. Just found the whole experience mediocre they literally provide a bed and sheets beyond that everything is a bother and an extra. Very disappointed.

A un passo dal mare , costa di scogli, mare meraviglioso. Camere ampie, biancheria pulitissima. Personale molto attento e accogliente. Aree comuni luminose con una bella vista. Area bar ampia e molto ben fornita. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.

Not bad for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had good view of the see. Breakfast and dinner surpassed expectations.

The hotel location is excellent although there no no beautiful views of the city from the hotel. Restaurant is great especially the breakfast menu. The beds are excellent and cozy

As per my experience, I booked this hotel becu i wanted a sea view. But as usual the administration have same excuses that all the sea side rooms are booked. Second, rooms are not so good. Door has a broken locks, no fridge filled and even don’t keep a water bottle in room. Really shame to management who saving money in water. Last point is location, which is really far from the city center. If you planning to come by local city bus then you have to wake around 2 km. If you book a taxi, you need to pay 23-35 euro depends on demand. So before book this hotel, think twice. Next time i will book in city centre with even less money. For example, b&b is good one.

Hotel ist schön, das Bad im Zimmer könnte mehr hergeben. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht um nach vielen Wanderungen auf Sizilien abzuschalten und den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen. Leider hat der Schein sich nicht bewahrheitet. Der „Spa Bereich“ macht erst ab 15:30 Uhr auf und ist nicht mal frei zugänglich. Man muss sich eine Stunde Aufenthalt für 59€ im voraus buchen und kann dann einen einzigen Whirlpool und Sauna nutzen. Enttäuschung war leider groß. Keine Empfehlung wenn man nach Wellness sucht. Frühstück ist aber gut.

Douceur de vivre à l'americaine

Presque du haut de gamme pour cette hôtel mais dont les tarifs vont avec mais c'est très agréable pour découvrir la belle ville de Catane.

Très confortable et agréable pour quelques jours. La piscine à eau salée possède un accès à la mer via une terrasse privée. Accueil chaleureux et réception parlant Français! Déplacement à prévoir pour le centre ville (service de souffle à l’hotel ainsi qu’une station de bus en face). Chambre spacieuse avec balcon et une grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Tous les espaces sont climatisés! Très grand hôtel où on se perd un peu... Bon petit déjeuner varié en buffet et diner excellent. Bon rapport qualité prix.
