Clean rooms with basic amenities. Food and service was average. Good internet in the restaurent.

Stayed at Turaco for two nights with my girlfriend and my family. The lodge is set in the most picturesque jungle canopy. The pool and lodge area is the perfect place to tan, read, chill and snack on their delicious food. Super pleasant staff and wonderful meals. We did the swamp walk and chimpanzee tracking. We were successful with our chimpanzee trek - following a family of 5 for an hour. Only downside was the hot water in the room's showers being iffy.

Had a fabulous stay here. Compared to other lodges where we stayed for a similar price, this one was exceptional.

We had been travelling for over a week by the time we got to Turaco Treetops - and I can't tell you how amazing it was to arrive at a lodge where there was a vegetarian option for dinner that wasn't just "cooked vegetables in some kind of sauce". I went 4 days in a row having curry for dinner before I came here! The food was truly delicious, with great options for vegetarians and a nice selection of wine. Considering the dinner was the same price as more budget/mid-range lodges where we stayed, and cheaper than some high-end ones, I thought it was great value and quality.

We wished we could have stayed longer here, as it was the only lodge where we stayed with a pool, and that was lovely for relaxation. I'd recommend staying that extra night at the end of your trip if you can! The rooms are huge and luxurious and you can see monkeys and birds from your rooms (amazingly clean windows by the way!).

The staff were great, and the hotel manager obviously makes a lot of effort to speak to each guest. If we ever do return to Uganda (never say never!) then would definitely be staying here again.

An absolutely stunning place to get away and hide from the business of every day life. The staff were so helpful and tentative. Food was delicious every time. I was with friends who are gluten free and dairy free and they had amazing alternative meals planned for them. My friends did the Chimp walk while I stayed and relaxed by the pool and when it rained, moved to the fireplace lounge.

This place has world class rooms, food and service.

alles war super! Sehr zuvorkommende und motivierte Mitarbeiter:innen. Sehr gutes Essen und eine atemberaubende Aussicht von der Dining area! Grosse Zimmer mit genügend Platz für Gepäck.

Cool and Serene place to live in

Prachtige locatie met luxe chalets en met een prachtig balkon en uitzicht. Restaurant en tuin met zwembad is helemaal mooi. Erg strakke huisjes waar we wel een warme sfeer missen. wel een aardige klim om bij de huisjes te komen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk maar door aanwezigheid manager kwam het niet warm en juist gereserveerd over. Menukaart beperkte keuze. Eten is lekker maar niet voortreffelijk in vergelijking met andere hotels in Uganda.
