I visited in December and had a wonderful experience. The warmth, hospitality and attention to detail made the stay all the more special. The team were exceptionally friendly and it allowed the guests to relax, share experiences with each other and make new friends along the way.
Highly recommmend for the gorilla experience

We stayed for two nights while touring through Uganda as a group of friends at the end of November 2023.

The lodge is set in a fabulous location with a magnificent view of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP on one side and Virunga mountain range on the other. The Nkuringo entrance to the park is just a few minutes away. The Rushaga entrance is about an hour's drive away.

The team was welcoming, friendly, well-organized, and incredibly attentive, with a lot of attention to the details. The rooms are spacious, with a private fireplace, which is lit every night.

The cherry on top is the excellent chef preparing the delicious food and the fabulous bartender ready to make any drink you like.

Thanks a million to the whole team for making our Ugandan experience even more unique than it already was. We hope to see you again!

P.S. The shoe cleaning service after the gorilla tracking is only one of the small details that make the difference.
