Hermosas noches estrelladas, cebras cruzando los límites del parque y magníficas vistas como aperitivo. Las cabañas -tengan o no ducha privada- están impecablemente limpias y diseñadas teniendo en cuenta las preocupaciones ecológicas (como demuestra el uso de la madera) como plato fuerte. Una excelente cocina servida en un restaurante panorámico como postre. La guinda del pastel: un personal muy cordial. En definitiva, este alojamiento, construido en 2018 cerca de la Puerta de Sanga, es una dirección estupenda!

The best lodge of our Uganda tour. Very nice position, very comfortable room provided with hot water all the time, very good restaurant and very kind staff. The phone charger in the room is by USB, no electric socket are available. Electric sockets are only in the hall.

Cycling safari and Community walk & nature walk you have chance to look (Ankole long horned cows , Zebra, Impalas, Hippo,water buck , warthogs 'pumba' mangoes vervet monkey)around the lodge are the best Activities to do

1) We ordered our dinner at around 2pm, saying that it must be ready by 6pm in time for our game drive. The dinner arrived at 6:30pm and we had to scramble to get to the entrance.
2) We ordered breakfast the night before, and told them to be ready by 6:30 am so that we can start our safari walk at 7am after sunrise. When we arrived for breakfast, we waited 15 minutes for our coffee to be served. Then the food itself was served closer to 7am. As a result, we had to change our guide at the park since we were very late. What is the point of ordering the night before if they cannot get anything on time?
3) Worse, when we wanted to check put at 7:15am, no one was there. Our guide went back while we were on the safari walking tour to settle the bill. No one was there. So we went back again at 10:30 am because the person who will take the payment finally arrived.
We had a very frustrating stay. We cannot understand why they are so insensitive to agreed times. It shows a lot of disrespect to the guests. We woke up on time to be there at the agreed time. There was a family who requested for bananas for breakfast, and even that came late (face palm)..
This ledge charges Ushs3,000 for hot water and Ushs7,000-10,000 for coffee or tea. Most of the other hotels we stayed at just gave this for free.
The Hyena Hill lodge has large sized rooms but they do not have outlets in the rooms. While it is close to Mburo National Park, we found that you can easily be late because nothing is done on time.
