Today, I visited the hotel for a crucial meeting with my client, intending to discuss design ideas for his new space, inspired by the hotel’s style. However, my experience was marred by unwelcoming interactions with the staff. When I attempted to charge my laptop at the restaurant, I was abruptly informed that it wasn’t allowed. Relocating to the library for a charge, I was promptly escorted out by the assistant beverage manager, Shelly, who insisted that only hotel guests were permitted there. This lack of flexibility and accommodation made me feel unwelcome. Despite understanding the necessity of rules, the abruptness of the staff’s response and their failure to offer alternatives left a negative impression. As someone who has frequented 5-star hotels globally, I am disappointed by the snobbish and dismissive treatment I received. It’s disheartening to see a hotel prioritize current guests over potential future ones, neglecting the fundamental principles of good customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My recent stay at Crosby Street Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in an ambiance of sophistication and charm. The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and ensured that every aspect of my stay was impeccable.The room I stayed in was an oasis of elegance, boasting stylish decor, luxurious amenities, and stunning views of the city skyline. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated artwork adorning the walls.The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations at every turn. Whether enjoying a delectable meal at the on-site restaurant, relaxing in the cozy library, or unwinding in the serene courtyard garden, every moment spent at Crosby Street Hotel was a delight.What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled level of service provided by the staff. From arranging special requests to offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.

Crosby Bar is a welcoming haven where the warm service makes you feel amazing and they even accommodate my service pup with ease. The drinks are stellar served by the friendliest staff in the neighborhood. As a regular, It's the perfect spot to unwind and feel at home, surrounded by good vibes and great people. Such a fan.

I was here years ago and ran into Tim Robbins and his beautiful daughter and I asked him about The Brink which was canceled, very funny take on our government up to that moment, pre Trump.
Jack Black in tow.
Great property, great people.
I sleep walk and found myself waking up in the hallway naked.
Getting on the elevator with maintenance guy, no words where exchanged and I found my way back to my room.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing level of professionalism. The private screening room is comfortable with wide, plush seats and a big screen with great sound.

Had dinner at the Bar/Restaurant area a few time with friends. Beautiful space, amazing design, nice art. Really good food. Recommend the lobster club sandwich.

I stayed at the Crosby Street Hotel for 4 nights over Christmas. Without a doubt, my new favorite NYC hotel. The decor of this hotel is whimsically beautiful. Rooms are very, very generously sized. Restaurant opens at 7am which is nice. My two favorite aspects: location and the 24/7 room service. The street the hotel is located on is quiet. There's a starbucks and duane reade a three minute walk away. And the hotel is in my 2 favorite neighborhoods: Soho and Nolita. Room service food was better than any restaurant I ate at with quick delivery. Full menu is available 24/7 -- I love this.

I asked the bald gentleman down at the lobby to charge my phone as I wait for a friend, he told me no because on assumption I wasn’t a guest at the hotel because I’m black. I have a room upstairs. Racist establishment will not be coming back.
