Magnífica habitación en un hotel con restaurante que ofrece cocina de productos frescos en el corazón del Soho.
Situado en el corazón del SoHo, el Hotel Crosby ofrece habitaciones con una decoración muy elaborada y cálida con numerosos cuadros, todo tipo de chucherías y lámparas de diseño original. En cuanto al restaurante del hotel, no sólo es de muy alta calidad, sino que también ofrece productos frescos que, en su mayoría, se cultivan en el techo del edificio! Por último, no es imposible que te encuentres con celebridades en el hotel, que es el lugar donde se realizan muchas entrevistas y conferencias de prensa con actores americanos.

Today, I visited the hotel for a crucial meeting with my client, intending to discuss design ideas for his new space, inspired by the hotel’s style. However, my experience was marred by unwelcoming interactions with the staff. When I attempted to charge my laptop at the restaurant, I was abruptly informed that it wasn’t allowed. Relocating to the library for a charge, I was promptly escorted out by the assistant beverage manager, Shelly, who insisted that only hotel guests were permitted there. This lack of flexibility and accommodation made me feel unwelcome. Despite understanding the necessity of rules, the abruptness of the staff’s response and their failure to offer alternatives left a negative impression. As someone who has frequented 5-star hotels globally, I am disappointed by the snobbish and dismissive treatment I received. It’s disheartening to see a hotel prioritize current guests over potential future ones, neglecting the fundamental principles of good customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated artwork adorning the walls.The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations at every turn. Whether enjoying a delectable meal at the on-site restaurant, relaxing in the cozy library, or unwinding in the serene courtyard garden, every moment spent at Crosby Street Hotel was a delight.What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled level of service provided by the staff. From arranging special requests to offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
