Este hotel boutique, es una pequeña joya de 100 habitaciones de diseño con camas rodeadas de madera oscura y cuero. A destacar, el pequeño y encantador patio interior y el bar, Butterfly, también muy acogedor y renovado en 2015. El establecimiento, antes conocido como Thompson Hotel, es famoso por su terraza con vistas a un hermoso edificio de ladrillos de 12 pisos y ofrece una vista magnífica del norte de Manhattan y del Empire State Building, así como del centro de la ciudad. La guinda del pastel: sólo los huéspedes del hotel tienen acceso a él, lo que da una sensación de exclusividad.

They offered us 2 rooms in the same floor but not near from each other so we tried to cancel the reservation they charged us for 2 nights since it was past 3pm
Attempts to resolve or even have the staff recognize this as a problem to address fell on deaf ears, both during and after my stay (The GM didn't even bother to chime in, and an assistant manager offered to refund a $30 resort fee off a $2000 stay - then stopped replying to further correspondence).
I think it is commonly known that hotels have two primary roles - a place to comfortably sleep and customer service to go along with that hospitality. this place failed majorly on both accounts. don't be fooled by the appearance of the property. it is all veneer.
