We went overnight this past Saturday. We had two rooms for the family. The rooms are clean but very small and nothing to right home about by any means. At $1000 per room for one night with no parking there are MUCH better options. I repeat $1000 per night per room for 300 square feet with no frills or sitting areas.
This is the first time I had to cancel hotel reservation due to rude treatment by the staff. I was simply wondering where the lobby of the hotel is in order to check in. I was scolded & lectured by the security guard on the first floor for not saying “Hi”. He then proceeded to help the person who arrived after me first, as if I needed punishment for my behavior, and then proceeded to let me know where the lobby is. After this encounter, I was so shook that I could not check in but had to cancel the booking. There was no way I would be able to have good time during the stay while I have to see this staff every time I walk in & out of this property.
We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 and asked if it could be connected, they told us that it would depend on availability but in the check in told us that didn’t have any connected rooms and that we should call front desk because they don’t know who respond emails.
They offered us 2 rooms in the same floor but not near from each other so we tried to cancel the reservation they charged us for 2 nights since it was past 3pm
Welcome to the city that never sleeps, and to the hotel that guarantees it will live up to the name. Don't get me wrong, the hotel itself is lovely and in a great location. the issue we had was that for all three of our nights, we were unable to sleep because the lobby bar SEVERAL FLOORS LOWER was playing music so loud that not only could we hear it until 3am, but also feel it in the bed via vibrations.
Attempts to resolve or even have the staff recognize this as a problem to address fell on deaf ears, both during and after my stay (The GM didn't even bother to chime in, and an assistant manager offered to refund a $30 resort fee off a $2000 stay - then stopped replying to further correspondence).
I think it is commonly known that hotels have two primary roles - a place to comfortably sleep and customer service to go along with that hospitality. this place failed majorly on both accounts. don't be fooled by the appearance of the property. it is all veneer.
Beautiful hotel in a fun, cool neighbourhood within minutes walk of loads of restaurants, cafes, and things to do. The rooms are beautiful and clean, even if a bit small, and the bathrooms are excellent. There’s a good restaurant and a trendy bar attached, if you feel like staying nearby. Service was friendly.
Don’t waste your time, the staff is incredibly incompetent, rude, and do not follow directions. They proceeded to ruin an otherwise wonderful evening. I’d strongly recommend you consider other options.

We were woken up at 3 am either people visiting the roof top bar or unruly guests, who thought it would be funny go bang on everyones door at 3 am
wheres the security? who's monitoring this for such a upscale hotel?
Mainly, my biggest disappointment was when the hotel staff refused to call us a cab upon check out??? With luggage ??I was in disbelief and shocked quit frankly, unfortunately we wont be returning to this hotel again for these reasons......
the superior king room is tiny, no air in the bathroom, everything is getting old here… dust mites everywhere in the room, impossible to breathe without an anti allergen. It was a painful experience.
Beautiful, clean and quiet. The atmosphere is cool and modern. The location is great, close to everything. The service is amazing. Will definitely come back.
The position is great, the ambient is 10/10 and rooms very clean and comfortable. We can’t ask more! The only very very very negative thing is the Butterfly Bar inside the hotel, its unacceptable to have that management inside a so classy hotel.
That creep doorman…smoking weed all time…
We will not back again coz of it.
