Lo de la ubicación de momento, están en pleno reacondicionamiénto de la zona, por lo demás está bien; lo único si se tendría que poner juego de toallas por persona.

とても綺麗でサービスの行き届いたホテルでした。日本人の方も数名泊まっていました。タオル交換、ベッドメイキング、水のサービスは毎日されており、朝食はビュッフェ形式、スタッフの方々が親切でした。夕方に屋上に行くと涼しくて心地よく、夕陽が沈む空や近くの灯台が見えるのでオススメです。冷蔵庫の冷え具合とシャワーのお湯が出るまで時間がかかるところ、Wi-fiの強さだけ日本と比べるとイマイチでしたが、問題なく快適に過ごせます！

Très bon emplacement et facile à découvrir

Don’t expect too much from this hotel if you’re from the US. The common areas are always hot and humid. The language here is French and so it’s been challenging communicating with the hotel staff. Watch your restaurant bill closely if you don’t speak French. Encountered one staff member who was very helpful. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Room pillows are very tall making sleeping uncomfortable. Food was decent but some dishes took very long to come out of the kitchen. Was told we could exchange money at this hotel, this turned out not to be true. If you need a refund back to your credit card it will take days and has to go through a manager. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to hear anything about my double charge on a room or refund. You do get 2 large bottles of water in your room daily. The rooms are clean. I shared a room with a friend and they were unable to give us two room cards which was very annoying. The AC and lights only turn on with your room card in the wall inside your room. So this created a problem for us when one person was out and the other wasn’t. My roommate went to sleep early and we had to leave the door open so I could get back in without waking her. I feel like where we are in the world, the price per night was too high. You get what you pay for. I expected more. The common areas are all tile. You can hear the staff setting up for breakfast EVERYDAY around 6am. I’m on the 3rd floor and breakfast is on the 6th floor. You can hear every voice and every door shut on your floor and other floors. Bring your earplugs if you stay here. I usually don’t write negative reviews and see the bright side but I’m not happy with this hotel and will not ever return.

J’ai séjourné pendant une semaine, l’accueil était chaleureux durant mon séjour. De ma chambre j’avais une belle vue sur le monument de la renaissance.
Ce que j’ai le plus décrié c’était le repas. Je peux comprendre qu’il s’agit de la gastronomie sénégalaise mais pour l’étrangère que je suis, j’avais du mal à manger rien que du riz pendant une semaine.

Expérience déplorable au restaurant.
Nous sommes arrivés avec un groupe de 9 personnes, et nous avons été reçus alors qu'ils n'étaient clairement pas en mesure de nous servir.
Les serveuses ne connaissaient pas la carte, mais ceci dit ce n'était pas très problématique, vu que la moitié n'était pas disponible.
Ensuite, 1h30 d'attente avant qu'on ne réclame les plats. La moitié de la commande est alors arrivée, froide.
Une demi heure et une remarque supplémentaire plus tard, nous recevons la fin des plats.
Il faut reconnaître que malgré tout les plats étaient bons, bien que des erreurs dans la commande (sauces, accompagnements...).
Enfin, impossible de payer séparément, et il faut savoir qu'une commission de 3% s'applique si vous payez par carte.
En résumé de bons plats, mais un service déplorable. Passable si vous avez une après-midi à tuer.

Nous avons déjeunés le lundi midi au restaurant de l’hôtel Colonia. Outre le fait que près de la moitié de la carte n’était pas disponible, nous avons attendus littéralement 2h pour nous faire servir nos plats, ajouté à cela des erreurs dans les accompagnements servis. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial qui nous a été totalement refusé. De plus nous apprenons que l’hôtel prend une commission de 3% de la note finale si nous réglons par carte bleue. Bien dommage car les plats (tièdes) étaient plutôt bons, mais le service commercial de cet hôtel est tout bonnement inexistant. A éviter !

객실 크기가 적당한것도 있지만 심각하게 좁은 방도 있어요 그리고 화장실 샤워장소가 세모모양이라 샤워하는것이 어렵고 화장실이 물난리가 나요 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 좋습니다

Toallas sucias. Puertas que no abren. La recepcionista no atiende.

Hotel cercano al faro y al monumento de Dakar ,muy limpio y un personal de 10 muy amables.
La única pega el excesivo tráfico ,pero es un problema general de Dakar.
Trato inmejorable.

Falta arreglar bastante pequeños desperfectos y pintar. La cama es comoda, el wifi funciona bien

מלון בדקר נחמד מאד רמת שירות טובה חדרים מרווחים לבקש חדר עם חלון או מרפסת לחלק מהחדרים אין חלון. האוכל טעים משביע עשוי טוב. ממליץ
